hey angiebubs!

my vamo arrived in the mail yesterday. i love it. its incredible how much adjusting the voltage can alter the taste and vapor!

i found this article to be incredibly helpful: Vamo V2 Variable Volt APV ECig - Operating Instructions

also, there is a post in this forum with a manual for the unit here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vamo/359600-vamo-vv-vw-v2-user-manual-download.html

as for me, i was up and vaping on it immediately. the batteries mine came with (ordered a kit off fasttech) came about a quarter charged which gave me an evening of steady vaping.

definitely be sure to check the ohms on your clearos and set the voltage within paramaters acceptable by the ohms rating. You can check the ohms of your clearo by holding the + button for 3 seconds on the vamo. if you set the voltage too high or low, you will (apparently) burn out your coils. there is a link to a resistance chart on the first article.

Do not try and use the White Trustfire batteries in it. That Trustfire battery has a protection circuit in it and it will not work. That vamo already has the good spring in it. I got an earlier one that had a smaller spring and it caused problems. The new spring should be a gold color and pretty strong and it covers the whole bottom. The old one just went into the center. I would make sure you keep it in Tru RMS mode IME that works best. True RMS gives a more accurate Wattage adjustment. Hope this is of help.

The kit says it comes with 2 panasonic 18350 batteries-will these work ok?
Are you sure? The link you posted above is exactly like mine and came with two 18650 panasonic batteries that work great! I ordered two AW IMR 18350's from another vendor that I'm using today that work great as well.
