OK people, before I go and make a mess out of this RTA can anyone tell me if the metal piece that opens and closes the juice flow slot should be completely out of sight and exposing all the cotton at the juice slot? Mine does not open all the way and I'm wondering if some of the wick is not soaking up as much juice as it should, or does this (let's call it a door) stop opening at a certain point? Thanks in advance for any help.
