Vanilla Concentrated flavour question

Hi I encountered 2 kinds of vanilla concentrated flavour, it's unbranded one is dark color, one is white color. What is the difference?

Well, you've already stated a difference.. But seriously, there are many different flavors to 'vanilla'. I'm not talking about just e-liqs here. If they are both of the same age and had similar storage (temperature and light mostly), they are most probably just different 'variations' of vanilla. Where exactly did you encounter these vanilla flavors?

It is not going to be possible to tell you what the differences are without knowing whose brand of vanillas they are.
