Vapage/VMod customer service - a very good experience

I bought a VMod used a couple weeks ago. Taking it apart to fill, I dropped the plastic chassis on the floor and broke it cleanly in two. I sent it to Vapage with a note explaining that it was bought used, out of warranty, and that I'd appreciate them contacting me with a price to repair it. A week later, I got back a brand new chassis in the mail. No questions asked. THAT is good service.

Yep your right it should get to you mid week. I ordered one last Tuesday and received it Friday. I now have two of them and waiting for the 50% off sale so I can get a third one. You know one for each flavor!!!!!!
