Mornin, Lizards! Hope you're having a great AM. I'm so excited! My first Trippy's coming in, as well as a charger so I can use my e-power again!Hope we get updates from Cheeky re: Vapestock. I'm definitely planning on attending next year!

We have a whole year to plan for VapeStock 2013 - plenty of time to get all of the Vapaholics on board, plane tickets & rooms booked! We could probably even double/triple up on one of the suites if need be - we'll only be in there to sleep, afterall!

I got my surgery scheduled yesterday - the ACDF will be the morning of July 10th, and I may be out of touch for a few days after, depending on 4g signal in the hospital/wi-fi access/morphine drip daze
I'm excited that I'm taking the first step on the road back to "normal", and also a little more freaked out lol Scheduling made it more real to me, and finding out that it's a 3h surgery, requires a full physical workup before hand (ekg, lung testing, etc to make sure my body can handle being out for so long), etc etc etc really made me face the fact that is isn't just a little thing, I won't be in & out like I was with my tonsils (I had them done at 20. I don't recommend it lol), or wisdom teeth, or even the RFA I had in January (RFA=radio frequency ablation, essentially burning the nerves that send pain signals to the brain). It's a full on major operation & um... I don't wanna!!!! I know it's going to go well, that I'll recover quickly (I'm young & in otherwise good health), but it's still scary, and makes me want a vat of leaded (nic'd up) juice to swim in lol
After scheduling, I made the mistake of googling cervical bone growth stims, and rather than the cute little pendant I thought it would be, the thing is massive & ugly, and when I combine it with the rigid neck brace, I'm going to scare the beejeebers out of small children (and myself!) lol (might make for a good sci-fi halloween costume though!) Wondering if I can prettify it, or if that would somehow reduce the efficacy of the device - I can't imagine how it would cause a problem, but want to verify before I bling it up (wonder if I could attach a PV holder of some sort... hrmmm... )
The wedding is in 79minutes, I'm not dressed, and have a feeling that I'm going to have to look at pictures instead of attending in person - my back is still mad at me over yesterday afternoon/evening, and I think I may spend the afternoon on the couch in hopes of at least making it out for a drink at VapeStock tonight. Such is life, luckily the bride will understand, and hopefully there will be a feed to their 2nd wedding in Vegas this summer! (They're getting married at the courthouse today so his family can be in attendance, the "real" wedding will be in Vegas in a few months).
Happy vaping Friday, and if you're even remotely local, come play at VapeStock this weekend!!! (yes, I'm looking at you Glen, Cooks & Tina {wherever she might be!})

Nope! I'm using my V2's with pre-filled cartridges. I could clean some of them to use, but by the time they dried, I'd have my batteries on my e-power charged so what's the point?
And I agree; I'm glad that I now will have 2 chargers that can handle all of my batteries(though I'm going to have to get some additional spacers for one of them to handle the 123s I just ordered for my mini).
YAY!!! I got vape mail from cheeky today too!! Hey, I LOVE those echo Cartos!! Filling one with peach champagne & one with vanilla cupcake. YUMMY. they'll fit very nicely on any pv I have in my possession right now.

I'm glad you love the Echo's!! They're great, still have some here for Jeff, and I use them once in a while, too - they hold about a small tanks worth of juice, and they just keep going! Great cartos! (and they don't burn!!!)

The surgery and stuff sounds scary! I haven't had a surgery since my tonsils at 7, but I've seen Mom in the hospital too many times. The brace and all that are temporary though, correct? Even if they are, there's absolutely nothing wrong with glamming them up as much as possible! Maybe rhinestones?
. When Mom went through chemo (breast cancer; talk about scary), we spent a bundle on wigs and such and it was worth every penny!
Echo's? I just looked them up. They look a bit like the big boys I got for my e-power. I love them as well, though it's tough to fiture out when they need refilling, lol. They're like the energizer bunny; they keep going and going.....

Thankfully, she's been in remission for at least 10 years now and you're right. The look on her face when we had her try on a Marilyn Monroe wig was priceless! So you shold definitely think of ways to dress them up! Is it a full back brace, or a neck brace? With a neck brace, you could wrap it in scarves; have to give back braces some thought. Spray paint maybe? Glitter's always good.

Already in a full back brace when I leave the house, but that's easy to hide under my clothes!

Me too Reidus!!! But I got a bunch of cartos too so I'm set for a while. These Echo cartos are fabulous! I made a mistake though,, that peach champagne is pretty strong, I think I need to cut it a bit.. so what do I get? PG or VG?? I can never keep that straight! I've two boxes of those cartos for Barb, and I'll take another one to work,,, that nurse in the ER didn't get cartos with her KGO. I might have forgotten them when I placed her order... oops!

I even included the caramel macchiato.. icky. I guess I'm just not a coffee vaper.. I don't care what I do to em, they're nasty. Extra cream, extra caramel, some white chocolate... sounds good, right? Nah, it really wasn't. So he got a freebie.
That squarish thing wasn't in the alpha program,, they already offer it for sale. They haven't dropped anything yet, cuz they're in the middle of a big move.. moving operations from somewhere in NY way down to TX... and they won't start putting stuff up in the program until after the move. And we still have NO idea what kind of stuff is going to be in it.. it's a big ol mystery!! There's a bunch of us over on their thread just giddy with anticipation!! It's worse than Christmas, I swear!

Any suggestions on how to clean my e-power dual coil mega's? I'm not gonna clean them anytime soon, but eventually I will have to. I'm sure I could boil them, but they'd take a week to dry out! Of course, I'm assuming that would probably the case no matter what method I use. I mean you've got enough filler to hold 5ml of juice to dry out.

Right now, I've got my 1.7 resurrectors in black, my 2.0 boges in SS, and an itty bitty LR atty that Cheeky sent me. I've got some clear 1.5 DC boges that's not in the running. I'm not sure how I feel about them; they vape fine, but I can't fit my Trippy on one, nor can I put my cone on Betty while I'm using it. I probably shouldn't have order 3 boxes of them, but CCV has such a deal!! BTW, Betty's the name I decided to use for my e-power. It's short for Beauteous Black Betty.
All of the juices I sent you are 50/50 pg/vg mix, so you can either cut with a 50/50mix, or whatever combo you want
More vg=more vapor, more pg=more TH - I like the 50/50 combo for a smooth vape Also, the deej stuff is pretty much all 200% juice so I could cut it easily to 12mg or 18mg depending on my day & tastebud behavior I'm pretty much saying... cut it with what ever you want? lolMissed the wedding - luckily the bride understands & still loves me
Not sure if I'll make it out for drinks tonight - waiting to see if the meds kick in enough for me to move & if Deej can get another ride back to his hotel if I don't go... Betty is a good name for your e-power - the trippy will slide into your cartos a bit easier if you lube it up with some vg (or pg/vg) first - the do tend to be tight in the beginning, but will break in, and will be easier to use in a few weeks. If I were you, I'd bring a few of each type of carto you have to see what looks best on Wilson - I have a preference for SS, but it depends on the mod and your preference
they won't take up much room in your suitcase or carry on, so there's no reason not to - just toss them in kit or a baggie, and bring 'em along.The atty is going to be best with an unsealed adapter & drip shield, and there is a good chance you'll get one of each of those as gifts, so you might as well bring it along too
LOL. that's funny, Betty! I don't have any names,,, poor things don't stay around long enough to get named, I guess. It IS quite a dilemma, deciding what to take,,, I tend to take darn near everything I own, just in case. I'm at work, epower in pocket with a 2.5 ml carto but also brought two KGOs, and the twist and 8 or 9 other Cartos. Can I use that in one 8 hour shift?? Of course not. But what if sumthin happened to (oh hell, now I gotta come up with a name!) the epower? Gotta have backups for backups!! Reidus, you've amassed so much stuff,, I get confused!! I guess what you take depends on how long you're going to be gone. I'd STILL take everything!!

*giggle* I bring 3+ mods, extra batteries AND both kgo batts to vapemeets, because I want to be sure I'm not going to go vapeless during the 3-4h I'm there. I think we all do it - the vets who've been around forever just kind of laugh...
