I got a combination of V1 & V2 Stardusts :) The V1s are bright red, and were on clearance at DV. I also picked up a blue V2 from DV (they seem to have medium length wicks), and the 3 from the classies are v2 with super long wicks (all the way to the base of the Stardust!). So to answer our question, I picked up a little of everything!

dripped flavors that won't go away! Ack!!! Try soaking the atty in alcohol - that should help get rid of the flavor you're not fond of :)

Let me know how you like the ones with the longer wicks. I picked up 5 of them from DV in my last order but I haven't tried them yet. I have one left from my original 4 with the short wicks, and I should get another week or so from that one.

I am SO addicted to dripping now, it's not even funny. And it's all your fault! :D

Ok, for the record... I think I get a little of what you guys are saying with the dripping thing. I use that EgoC to test stuff and it really works well. Put a little juice in a cartridge and pop it on. I have WAY better luck with that than just putting drops on a bare atty. it's kinda the same, right? I've just had wicked good luck with it. And still using the first atty head too. I just don't think I wanna have to constantly be putting drips in,, hell, I have a hard time getting anything done as it is!! I'm having better luck with the stardusts too. I've cleaned the two I'm using and they're working really well. I'll be really interested to see how those new ones with the longer wicks work. My budget is blown for this month, but maybe next month I'm going to have to get some of those.

Kinda boring at work tonight. Thank goodness for my kindle. Except reading makes me want to sleep! That's why I have to come here and make sure you're all behaving!

Think I'll run to the back office, it's perfect for a few work stealth vapes :)

vape on, peeps!

Cheeky - I took your advice and I soaked the atty in alcohol to clean it out. While it was drying, I loaded up one of the new Stardust clearos with the long wicks that I got from DV with the Green Tea juice I got in my last ECB order, and it's hitting great. I don't know if the long wicks are making the difference, but the vapor this thing is putting out is plentiful and the flavor doesn't seem to be muted at all.

Green Tea is now in my top 3 favorites and easily an all day vape. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend that you give it a try with extra sweetner. Good stuff! :D

Luvinit - Glad to hear that you're getting better results with the Stardusts. I've also read a lot of people having great luck with the eGo-C atty/tank setup. I liked mine when I got it, but I just couldn't get it to stay consistent with vapor production and flavor, and that's where the Stardusts are working better for me. As for dripping, yes it's a bit of a hassle, but when I'm just sitting in front of the TV watching a movie it's well worth it.

Morning folks. It's now 6 AM. I've been up since 3 finishing up grading and posting. I'm done until June! {Happy dance!} Loving my E-power with the 1.7s. Been vaping all day yesterday and this AM. Only problem is that I've got stuff everywhere! Atty's and carto's and juices, oh my! Not to mention drip tips and batteries. Luckily, I've ordered a shotgun shell case from Amazon that hopefully will get me organized.

Talk to me about dripping. I was planning on using the 2 atomizers that came with my kit for dripping to try out juices. I was definitely unimpressed. 3 drops=nothing; 4drops=flooding. You talk about dripping with cartos. Do you use a syringe? Or are you using the Stardusts?

Speaking of Stardusts, y'all are evil and must be destroyed! :glare: I thought I had my spending somewhat under control except for juice and you tell me I can use the Stardusts w/an adaptor. BTW, which adaptor? A 510/510? My mailman and I are already on a first-name basis, lol.

Anyway,I'm off to fix breakfast. Y'all have a great morning!

G'mornin all.. Reidus, you've definitely got the bug! Glen blames us for all his spending and we've got big shoulders so you can blame us too ;) Organizing all the stuff is a big task,, I started with a small box, then a small tool box and now a BIG toolbox. And now I'm close to outgrowing even that! But at least all this stuff isn't out all over my kitchen counter anymore. My hubby just shakes his head and laughs.

I never had any luck with those atty's that come with your kit. If they're anything like the ones with my KGO, they're junk. I have the same issue,, 3 drops icky taste, 4 drops flooded. I got an EgoC atty head kit (without the batteries) and that works really well.. it's not really dripping cuz you put the liquid in a cartridge, but the only dry icky hit I've gotten out of that is when the liquid is gone so that's my fault. Even if I'm just sitting here watching the tube I don't wanna have to be constantly dripping drops.. that's what I love about that EgoC.. I can get 20 or so puffs out of it and it's very easy to change out the cartridge. Cheeky's been trying to convert me to dripping for a while now,, and I've resisted!! And the adapter you need is a 510-Ego... a lot of places have them.

Glad to hear the longer wicks on the Stardust is working,, I really want to try those. I've cleaned the ones I have and they work just like new. Still kinda hit and miss with the vivi though,,, cleaned and dry burned and get a few good flavorful hits but the flavor always fades. A lot of people are rebuilding the atty heads but I'm just not gonna do that.. to me it's like buying a car and then having to build the motor yourself.. not gonna happen.

Delivered hubby's truck to the body shop this morning,, won't get it back til Thursday or Friday..not sure I'll be able to walk to work today, it's clouding up and looking like rain.

So Reidus... where do you get your juices?? We're big on juices here,, who's your favorite?? We're big ECB fans,, and are always looking for the next great flavor.

Got some stuff to do.. have a great day everyone!!

This place really is a bad influence, lol. Will definitely check out the head kit and the adaptor. As far as juices go, haven't tried a whole lot yet. My first was Highbrow, which I really like. My favorite there was the Orange Sangre on my 808; for some reason, not quite as much on my e-power. I think I'll try it on the 2.0s when they come in; I think the 1.7s are a bit hot for it. I love the Exotic blend tobacco with a hint of apple, though. Oh and the Cappucino Diablo is great as well. Got a sampler from Halo; didn't like at all. It's steeping though; I'll give it another go at some point. Just got in some Eblend juices; haven't tried them yet. Looking forward to the Drago's blood and the Coffee my way especially. And some samplers from Mountain Oak. Love the Devil's delight and the Frosbite's a pretty good menthol.

I'm heading home to Atlanta this weekend to spend a week with Mom and my sister's family. I'm a bit worried about running out of juice, even though I've got 44 bottles, lol. I'm probably going to order larger bottles of my favorites so far and have them sent there (all I've got are the little bottles (10ml and less) so far).

Well... I have to blame somebody! It can't possibly be my fault that I'm addicted to vape gear and juice! :p

Good morning guys! Ordered 2 1000-mah Ego Twists last night! So excited to get them...I'll let you know how they are.

I'm so tempted to get a couple of those, but I really want to wait a few more weeks to see how they hold up. Please let us know what you think once you've had the chance to play with them for a while.

PBusardo did a tank system review and the Ego-C came in first with 85 points - link here -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7ETBn_OAWo&feature=dl_digest_fri Ego-T came in second with 72 points - I have the Ego T & wouldn't recommend it for anything other than the batteries - the system itself is flawed & doesn't feed well (in my experience - there are people who love it!)

When your vape budget is replenished, pick up a drip shield! It makes vaping with an atty a really pleasurable experience! Those leaks you're experiencing at 4 drops will be a thing of the past - the drip shield will hold that leak in, and will keep it from becoming a messy PITA!

Cheeky - I took your advice and I soaked the atty in alcohol to clean it out. Great news that the long wicks produce great vapor! I think it's my favorite part of vaping - big plumes of vapor!
Glad the alcohol soak worked for you - it gets rid of most funky flavors!
If you make it to this weekends meet, please bring the green tea! I'd love to give it a try :)

Erm... see above about drip shields and dripping - the shield will stop that messy leak you're experiencing after 4 drops - their job is to hold the juice in, and will feed it back into the atty so you don't waste juice!

Yep, Evil. That's the vapaholic way  bwahahaha ;)

You'll probably find that juices taste different on different devices because of varying voltages, and the method you use (carto vs atty) will also affect taste. One of the great things about VV vaping is that you can dial in the voltage (and watts - we'll talk about those later!) to find the right level for each juice :)

I think you'll be fine for a weekend with 44 sample bottles lol!!!! I couldn't even run out with that many samples, and I generally vape 6-10ml/day! :)

Well... I have to blame somebody! It can't possibly be my fault that I'm addicted to vape gear and juice! :p

entirely our fault Tig - we vapaholics are an evil bunch -come over to the dark side... we have juice

Spent the morning with my pain doc, talking surgery and getting trigger point injections - not the most fun way to spend a morning, and am taking it easy and contemplate the scenarios presented for the rest of the day. Good times! Sorry if I missed anything - blame the meds! :)

In nicer news, my caddy from Red Sky Mods arrived today! It's much smaller than I expected it to be, and it's beautiful! I'll post pictures tonight or tomorrow :) Another good vapemail day - just what the doctor ordered ;)

happy vaping!

I'm thinking about doing some pasta and garlic bread. Maybe angel hair. I wanted to make my own sauce but I probably won't have time. The garlic bread I do myself though. :p It's getting warmer so I might even grill. Maybe some burgers?

Speaking of being evil, I don't know if anyone has seen these over at DV yet, but they look really cool.

CE5+ (rebuildable Stardust clearomizer): CE5+ Rebuildable Clearomizers

E1 ReVive (another rebuildable clearomizer design): E1 - ReVive Clearomizer with eGo-c Base

Looks like Imma need another DV order here pretty soon! :D

And you call us evil lol!!!!
I found a great youtube from Estarra detailing how to rebuilt the V1 & V2 stardusts - I'm going to practice with those first - It looks fairly straight forward, and it's not like I don't have time on my hands :) let me know how the CE5s fare :)

I don't call you evil (that often)! :D Besides, the best way to seem angelic is to hang with the evil people. Don't ya think?
