Good morning lizards.. sending big (((hugs))) Cheeky's way for her appt today.. hoping for good things. Got some serious writer's cramp from work last night.. every year I have to fill out competency sheets on some of our lab rats.. very repetitive and a LOT of writing and my hand is aching pretty bad today.. pretty minor, really, comparatively speaking 
Makes me realize how very little we actually use a pen and write these days! I only got two employees done last night,, 5 more to go.
Today is court day for the loser step-daughter. Very real possibility that she'll go to jail today. Hubby's pretty torn up, obviously. And he's at work so he couldn't go.. not that I think he'd really like to be there to see her taken away in handcuffs.. I'm sure it isn't going to be pretty. The girl has never believed they'd actually throw her in jail... hell, why should she believe it?? In her whole life, nobody has EVER followed through with anything... I've said from the beginning, she won't believe it til she's in an orange jumpsuit looking through the bars, crying for daddy to get her out. The hystrionics will be legendary, I'm sure. And I'm pretty certain that if her stupid mother could get her out of it, she would.. I don't know, they've given her a hundred chances, they'll give her a hundred more. Personally, I hope they do throw her a** in jail,, it's where she belongs and she can't just walk out of there like she did from rehab.... TWICE. Mandate treatment all ya want, she just plain isn't going to do it. So it should be an interesting day.
I got a big laugh last night.. was talking to Barb. I had given her some sample juices,, she likes them pretty well (some Deej stuff.. ) and we got talking about her daughter. I asked how she was doing with her KGO and she said really well.. she's only had 3 analogs since she got her kit, about a week ago or so. Sherry told her,, I can see how Kim could have amassed so much stuff,, you get sick of one flavor all the time,, and btw, I had to buy a tackle box!
WOW.. it sure didn't take her long to have to get that tackle box!!! I think I was well over a month in before I bought my first tackle box.. it won't be long before she has her own big ol tool box!!! LUV IT!!!

I did see the neurosurgeon today, and my neck is more complicated than expected. I'll be scheduling a 3 level ACDF, as soon as the scheduler calls - likely sometime in the next few days.
We (the neurosurg, Iron Monkey & I) were expecting a 1 level, however levels C4-C7 are collapsed, meaning that my neck is straight rather than curved, and the muscles of the neck are supporting the full weight of my head rather than the spine supporting that weigh. Damage can start anytime between 6mo & 2 years after the injury, and we're fast approaching the end of month 6, so it needs to be addressed fairly quickly, before the damage to the spinal column becomes permanent & irreversible.
Good news on the nic front - while my surgeon would prefer that I be 100% nic free, he is, in his words, "a realist who understand that 0 nic might not be feasible, particularly given the current situation", I just need to use a bone stim. Essentially, he has given his blessing to me having small amounts of vaped nic rather than going out, buying and smoking a whole pack of cigarettes because I'm stressed out So, I'm still going to have to stock up on 0nic, and will probably try to sell or PIF a large portion of my 12mg, but I can keep some of my very very favorite go to juices on hand in case of emergency. That's kind of a relief - I have his permission to do what I was planning on doing anyway

Good morning peeps!! Well now, see... Cheeky has a Provari, Glen's getting a Provari,, I'm feelin a little left out now! Mythus, do you have one too?? I supposed I could have gotten one with my casino winnings instead of the Kindle Fire but I gotta tell ya.. I am LOVING that thing! I can do everything on it! Mail, games, tapatalk so I can keep up with you guys..the keyboard is a lot like my phone so I'm already used to it.. the autocorrect is every bit the PITA that the phone one is.. but I hate to turn it off. Anyway,, I'm really glad I spent the dollars on that.
I won't pretend to know what Cheeky's surgery involves,, I only know it doesn't sound like a ton of fun. Sure do hope it makes things better though! That's great news though, that they're going to allow some nic use,, at least you won't have to deal with complete withdrawal along with surgery. If you're going to sell some of your 12 mg stash,, I'd probably be interested in buying some of it.. I know you have a TON of stuff, you can't PIF all of it..
I love Mexican food,,, but I live in extreme northern NY.. the only Mexican we get around here is Taco Bell Not really, there's a pretty good Mexican restaurant a couple towns over but do we up here really know what good Mexican food is?? Ehhh, not so sure
Do I have vapemail today?? I'm a little like Mythus,, long holiday weekend, ordered some stuff,, but what the heck did I order? Oh well, I love surprises! I paid the co-op guy for my drip tips but it'll be a while before I see those. I've got those CE3's coming from DV and the E-power.. either today or tomorrow. I don't THINK I have juice coming from anywhere.. then again, I might be wrong!
Court for the step-idiot was more of the same ol, same ol. Threats nobody will follow through on. Mandated rehab or go to jail,, (yeah, they've said that twice before, she's walked out twice and is she in jail? NO) Mandated her to go to Renewal House for counseling for being a victim of domestic abuse. The boyfriend is also mandated to go for counseling for BEING the abuser. She was also told that IF she followed the courts mandates and gets off the drugs they MIGHT let her have her kids back every other weekend (after 90 days). In the meantime, the ex wife will get permanent placement of the children. I told her a long time ago, when this all started, you better make plans for the long haul cuz they aren't going to just give those kids back to her. They apparently aren't going to throw her sorry a** in jail, but they aren't going to give those kids back to her either. Nothing will change, she'll go to rehab and walk out, like she did before. She'll go to counseling, maybe twice and that'll be the end of that. And 6 months from now they'll go back to court, not having followed any of the mandates and they'll get yet ANOTHER chance to be the losers that they are. It's never gonna end!
Off to the bone cruncher again this morining.. one of the good things about that is it forces me to get off my .... and get moving instead of sitting here trolling around here all morning

The crazy part to all of this is we didn't think there was anything wrong with my neck! The first inkling that there was an issue was this past Friday, and the neurosurgeon's PA suspected as soon as she checked my reflexes. All of the other spine specialists I've seen since the accident missed it. When the EMG I had done for the numbness in my hands came back clear, I asked for an MRI of my neck to figure out what was going on & was told that there was nothing wrong with my neck, and no need for the MRI. Um.... oops? lol I think the next time I feel like something is "off" I'm going to be more stubborn & persistent about getting it thoroughly checked

Come join us on the dark side Luv.... we have juice, and our APVs read ohms!!!!!!!!!!(it's my one of my favorite things about the Provari ) I'm envious of your Fire though - they look pretty darn awesome! I love my Kindle, but it isn't anywhere near as fancy as the Fire The ACDF surgery isn't that bad - it's apparently one of the easiest spine surgeries to recover from. 3 levels makes it more complex with a few more side effects, but it's all good, I'll come through it with flying colors
I'm so happy that Dr Hottie McWonderful is okay with me having some nic! I almost hugged him when he said it was okay lol Most of it has to go though - really going to cut out nic as much as possible, and that will be easiest for me to do without the temptation of having a big beautiful stash of it

I miss really good Mexican food - back home, nearly every ethnicity is represented with amazing restaurants that are authentic, delicious and award winning - from hole in the wall to enormous to 24h diners, Milwaukee is SERIOUS about GREAT ethnic food (and food in general!). Growing up there, and having easy access to Chicago, I assumed that most metropolitan cities were the same - great ethnic food on every corner. Tampa Bay has proved me very, very wrong lol You can find the occasional gem, but there's a lot of hunting to find great ethnic food here. I bet your Mexican is pretty good Luv - and even if it isn't as long as YOU like it and think it's good, it is! The drip tip co-op is going to take a little time, but once he places the order, we should have them fairly quickly - I think I received mine within a few weeks of the co-op being closed & the order being put in!

Sounds like the step-idiot has had a lot of chances & isn't afraid of having to face consequences because she's never had to in the past - did they say that if she walks out of rehab this time they'll throw her in jail? That may be the only way to get her attention - I'm surprised they haven't already done that! I know it's a lot of extra work and stress for you, your hubby & his ex-wife, but it's so much better for the kids to be with the 3 of you rather than their mom right now. I hope she eventually grows up, gets through this, and becomes a responsible adult capable of loving and caring for her children in the way they deserve to be loved and cared for. Maybe if she doesn't follow through this time there WILL be consequences, and if not... is there an agency you can complain to? Can you talk to the judge or prosecutor and remind them of the number of chances she's already had? She needs to be held accountable for her actions...

I got the 18650 extension cap and a 6ml tank to go with it, so it will be a good day when those arrive, hopefully next week.If I wasn't already set on the satin silver with the blue LED, I probably would have gotten the satin black with the green LED. They both look really sharp.
My CCV order arrived today, and I'm hitting a 1.7ohm resurrector carto in a small 3.5ml tank loaded with Dragon's Tear. So far, it's working really well with loads of vapor and very good flavor.
I want pictures when they arrive Glen, or better yet, bring them to VapeStock for me to admire in person

Evening lizards & lizardettes! Boy, sounds like everyone had a good day! I've got 5 3.5 ml tanks loaded up and I'm really liking them. I clipped one of the coils on one & that one works on the lavatube too. I'm getting more and more disappointed with that lavatube. I think I'll sell it. Ive never used it much above 4.0 and it seems lately that half my cartos wont even fire on it. What the hell is that?
I got that Ego Epower today and I gotta say I really like it! Its about as fat as the LT but not even as long as the KGOs. Threw in a fresh 18650 batt & its working like a champ! And it isn't so big that I cant carry it in my pocket at work. I just need to see if I can find a bigger ego cone for it. Just to make it look a little more streamlined with the CE3s. Oh yes, and I got those today and I'm very, very impressed so far.
Box of 5 CE3s. Came with a small syringe and two of the blunt needles you need for filling these things. You fill them upside down. This is THE most important thing about these cartos. If you fill them the way you do every other carto the juice will run right out the bottom. I guess by filling upside down it creates a vacuum and holds the juice in. And I can say I followed it to.the letter and I haven't lost so much as a drop!! I am LOVING these things!!! So far. And I have to say " so far " because it always seems like stuff works great for about a day and then their true colors emerge and they turn into junk overnight. Case in point.... that vivi. I keep trying it, I keep hating it. Think I'll clean it up and get rid of that too. But these CE3s, so far, so GOOD!!

I had a taste of the vv with the LT and yeah, its ok but really, with the right cargo I'm pretty happy with my KGOs and now I'm really liking this epower thing. But like everything else the newness will fade & ill be back on the hunt for something else. Something with a little more bling. Something silver. And shiny. HEY. I can blunt out my epower, right? And it isn't so big that I cant carry it in my pocket at work. I just need to see if I can find a bigger ego cone for it. Just to make it look a little more streamlined with the CE3s. Oh yes, and I got those today and I'm very, very impressed so far.
Box of 5 CE3s. Came with a small syringe and two of the blunt needles you need for filling these things. You fill them upside down. This is THE most important thing about these cartos. If you fill them the way you do every other carto the juice will run right out the bottom. I guess by filling upside down it creates a vacuum and holds the juice in. And I can say I followed it to.the letter and I haven't lost so much as a drop!! I am LOVING these things!!! So far. And I have to say " so far " because it always seems like stuff works great for about a day and then their true colors emerge and they turn into junk overnight. Case in point.... that vivi. I keep trying it, I keep hating it. Think I'll clean it up and get rid of that too. But these CE3s, so far, so GOOD!!
Cheeky, are you preparing your juice list? You know I'm interested!! Hell, between us here we'll likely clean you out! Probly gonna take you a couple days to make that list, email me when you've got it together.
Sooooo, it appears that I'm the ONLY vapaholic without a provari. Now, that's just plain WRONG! Am I weird for thinking I really don't want one? I had a taste of the vv with the LT and yeah, its ok but really, with the right cargo I'm pretty happy with my KGOs and now I'm really liking this epower thing. But like everything else the newness will fade & ill be back on the hunt for something else. Something with a little more bling. Something silver. And shiny. HEY. I can blunt out my epower, right? Hmmmm a trip to the crafty Dept.at walmart might be in order. Butterflies. I need butterflies. (Slow.night at work, can ya tell?)

Hey Luv, I don't have a provari either (I can afford it, just don't really want one). I started with a teeny Volcano and swung all the way to the ginormous LavaTube, now I'm right in the middle with my eGo Twists, and I'm perfectly content. Even the provari mini seems too big and clunky.

One of your other PVs probably has a shorter connection on it that pushes the firing pin up so it isn't making contact with the LT - it's an easy fix, just wiggle it down a bit with paperclip, and it should fire right up for you
Sorry you aren't loving the LT - I like VV, but with dual coil cartos and LR cartos being so readily available, it probably isn't as necessary as it once was. I don't seem to vape at super high voltage most of the time, but I do love being able to dial in to precisely the right voltage & sweet spot for each juice to sparkle
I wonder if an Ego Twist might not be the answer for you?! It's small and sleek, and you can dial in your voltage up to 4.? (can't remember if it's 4.2 or 4.8, but either way, it works for your preferences

I have a bunch of heart stickers I bought to use for the HeartWalk fundraiser (I was a team captain for my company, but had my accident the Monday before the walk), they never got used since I missed the fundraiser/haven't been back in months, and I pulled them out not to long ago to start decorating some of my tanks - let me know if you want me to send you some with juice so you can add them to the butterflies (I have hundreds of them!)

YAY for ego twists! What is their V range?!?
Voltage is 3.2-4.8 and does a great job of holding the voltage until the battery dies, so no drop off until right at the end.
I have 2 650mah's and am seriously considering getting 2 900mah's. Eric at Discount Vapors has them for $23.99.
Just haven't decided about a white one. It's rubberized, and I'm wondering if it'll get dirty...

White anything is always so tricky - you never know if it's going to look grubby after a day of use or not!
I lean toward the stainless or black - no worries that they'll start looking grubby & gross
