Yay! My clear 1.5 DCs just came in. Aesthetically, I don't really love them, though I think in a tank they'd be great, as they would disappear. From a vaping standpoint, I like that fact I can see how much juice is in there. One weird thing: although they seem to be the same size as my 1.7 resurrectors, I can't get my cone to thread with them on. I'm guessing since it's plastic, it's slightly thicker than the SS cartos.

yep, the little tools are pretty cool - they also help prolong the life of your o-rings :)

Speaking of o-rings: one of the trippy tips I ordered this morning is missing an o-ring. Does anybody know what size o-rings they are? I've read that I should be able to get most o-rings at any hardware store. Never mind; I'm just gonna order some, as well as a Trippy cleaning brush from trippys site.

Another reason for getting a twist: According to the Phiniac site, the Boge 510s fit on a regular tank, the DCs fit on a Tallboy and the Resurrectors fit a XL. That's like $150 bucks for 3 tanks!!!! Though, when I think about it, my cone works just fine on my Boge and my Resurrectors; the Res just sticks up a bit. I'm guessing I could get a standard tank and have the resurrector and/or the DC stick out a bit. Am I wrong?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what the guy at Phiniac told me when I was looking at them and couldn't figure out which carto to go with.. but that was a few months ago, and I ferget stuff, y'know. I can't see a problem with a carto sticking up a tad,, it ain't perfect, but it if works, who cares? I bought a ss sleeve to over the threads on the Twist and it works perfectly.. makes kind of a seamless fit for the tanks. Ohh, and one thing I gotta say about the stainless Twist.. it's darn hard to see the markings on the bottom.. you gotta have that thing 'just right' in the light to be able to see those little tiny numbers. And I think I read that somewhere else too.. just on the stainless one, the numbers are really hard to see. Won't be an issue when I get the blue one, right?

I was worried about that, in general. I could see how it would be especially bad on the stainless though.

Yes - they offer different size tanks for different cartos - some people prefer Boge regulars, some like Dual Coils, some like blah blah whatever lol You could buy 3 tanks, or you could decide what kind of carto you prefer before you buy a phiniac, experiment with different tanks (DCT, etc), and once you're picked your favorite carto for tanking, buy the corresponding phiniac :)

Hello All,

You finally got me...just placed my first order with ECBlends! Haven't bought vendor juice since January, I'm a little excited to try these. Got these with DXF @ 12mg. I figure if they're too stong, I can just cut them down.

I got:
Catalan Cream
Chocolate Mint Coconut Crunch
Coconut Caramel Cookie
Dragon's Tear
New Harbor
Ry4

Kinda stoked :D

Monkey, that's way too logical.:D Problematic as well: I like different juices on different cartos. I already know that I like my zoe best on the Boge 2.0s, and Dragon's blood and Spring Rain are best on the Resurrectors. My Orange de Sangre is outstanding on my 1.5DC HB (Honking big) cartos, and I'm not going to get much of a chance to try out the other 1.5Dc's until my new battery charger comes in (hopefully tomorrow). Another reason for the twist I guess.

I hope you enjoy them! The RY4 with DXF (plus extra vanilla & caramel) is one of my favorite juices! Some of what you ordered will need to be steeped before you enjoy it (and you may want to doctor up the catalan cream :) ) Also, DXF can give an off taste to the juices, so be sure to "water" them down if you don't like them right out of the bottle :)

aaaaah that's where VV becomes extra super handy! The same 3.0 carto (or DC, or 1.7, or whatever), is going to taste phenomenal for all of your juices when you can dial the voltage/wattage in : )

This is what I'm facing at the moment. Photometer hardware failure. Say a prayer for me!

On a lighter note .... Yay reidus!! Get that twist, you won't be sorry! And I k ow what you mean about cheating on your epower. I feel kinda the same way. But really, being able to dial this thing around is shweeeet! I don't know why I could never get the LT to work like this thing does. THIS part of my makes me happy,, my machine up there,,, not so much.
