So my grandmother has been a light smoker for a long time she smokes Misty 120s if I'm not mistaken. 3 to 4 cigs a day. She tried my Aunt and I's mods and a pen over the course of a few months and she seems to really enjoy it so I put together a little kit for her for 30 bucks.

A Kanger subvod
V3's watermelon and strawberry milkshake.
A local brand of confetti (icing) it's dark but was advised its because it had been on the shop 3 months.
And cinnasweet (iced cinnamon bun)

All are at 3mg nic other than the confetti at 1.5 did I do good for a little starter pack. I'm a deal Hunter :)

Nic strength seems good to me. Not familiar with that set up but I think it's great you are helping your Grandmother out. Good for you!
She wants to quit she has just never had the will power. No joke at one point my grandma and grandpa would go outside at opposite sides of the house to smoke. They both just like the hand to mouth. Seldomly. However if they could do this instead they would. Grandma is in her upper 60s and grandpa is 71.

I think a slightly higher nic strength, maybe 6 to 9 mg but every one is different, so until she tries it, it's hard to say. As for flavors, again until she tries it, it's hard to say, but I might have added a sweet type tobacco perhaps, just to cover the bases

I definitely thought about that I shot for flavors I know she likes and as far as the nic strength. That's what my aunt was using and my grandmother seemed to be happy with it.

As @JCinFLA points out, you can't use that Ni coil on the Subvod. The Subvod doesn't do TC and shouldn't be used with a coil resistance below 0.4 ohm. The mod choice and the juices look great for her to start with.

That was a slight oversight by me! Thanks for pointing that out. Completely forgot how low it will fire. I have a Kanger tcsubvod as a back up mod when my box mod dies. I just grabbed a pack of coils. I'm glad they are open early today I'll have to go swap them out.

When you get those different coils...since Grandma's just starting out, and seems she'd be more of a tootle puffer to start with, I'd recommend the SSOCC coils in 1.5 ohms for her. Just my opinion though based on my own experience with the Subvod kit and being an older tootle puffer myself.

So I grabbed new coils. Again slight over site on my part for vaping for 5 years..it was a duh mistake. So I went out. My grandma was super excited! She loved it and my grandpa is up to a pack a day of Winston blues! Couldn't believe it he has never smoked that much in his life.

He is tired of being out of breath so he tried my grandma's. He liked it except it made him cough up a storm but said he really liked the taste and if I could buy him one he would give me the money for it!! So I pulled out my handy dandy Kanger Mega Tc (backup when my IVP5 is dead.) Set him up and he used it the rest of the night! So looks like a 2 in one.

That old saying about not being able to teach an old dog new tricks has been debunked. :D Good for you @VintageModMan
I was pushing 63 when I started this journey and once started I never once looked back.

When I first started to vape, like many I also coughed alot, for me, the vape pause stopped that. I took a puff , but held it in my mouth for like a second or two before inhaling to lungs. That pause really worked and after a couple weeks my lungs got use to the vapor and the pause went away
