Vape Mail!

Yeah, vape mail day. Tons of goodies including a tobacco sample pack from Halo.
The O'l taste buds are a little screwy today after I experimented with some tobacco extract, so It's going to take a day or 2 to get a actual taste on these.
First impressions for the wife and myself are that they mostly smell sweet (honey like) & nutty.....meh.
I decided to fill a fluxomizer with Midnight Apple though, so far thumbs up.
I believe I am done with cartos, these new fluxomizers & C4+'s give a far better taste!
Gotta run, bridgeless attys are gonna get a work out today!

Plus the wife grabbed my bottle of Heavens Nectar from EVC and ran, I think she likes it, taste like Panama Jack suntan lotion sorta with a 'hint' of pear......lol.

Well I tried them all.
They are nice, but not for me. I use to deep fry food in peanut oil and even though the food was juicy, the peanut oil gave the food a dry taste. I really enjoy the dryness but not the nut tones.

The wife loves Tribecca and it's became her new all day, so I need to order her a large amount.
I will be able to finish these samples, but don't think they are a reorder for my taste.

PBusardo nailed the smooth 8 in his review, barber shop talc, on the nose.
I have some Apple WTA coming and should mix nicely with midnight apple.
When I order Tribecca for the wife, I will give Hx3 and some menthol's a try also.

We both agree on the smell & taste, Fall Honey.
We buy 2 jars of honey/year, 1) summer (light/clear) & the other in the fall (dark).

i hear that when you eat local honey, you gain anitbodies from your immediate area through the honey to protect agaist allergies. interesting stuff.

anyway im glad to hear that the new design fluxos are performing well. i know manufacturers have been struggling with them. do you still have to mod them to get them to perform optimally?

That's what I heard about local honey as well.

They worked good for me out of the box, but doing the quick mod to them did seem to increase vapor & taste, so I went ahead and did them all that way.
The new styles are already on the slow boat and should be here in a week or so.
They are said to have the cap style that the stardust's have or similar seal design.
Of course I will get some when they are available to put them through their paces.

I haven't used my Boge 2.0 ohm cartos since I got these flux's. The flux's are higher ohms, but the flavor is spot on.

My tribeca just came in the mail, it hasn't even steeped yet and it's great. It's kind of like a toned-down prime(which isn't a bad thing). It will be interesting to see how it tastes after a couple of days. Hopefully my order of 2 manuals, 2 30 ml of prime, and 7 ml of Freedom will get here tomorrow. If JB has kids, they can thank me for their college tuition.

I think the stardust's flavor starts to get muted after 3-4 days of use and needs cleaned.
The start out awesome but seem to fade a little every day. Let me know whatcha think.
My flux still hit great though and a breeze to clean.

I have had 0 luck with clearomizers. Bought 2 packs 1 510 3.0-3.4 or something like that and 808 2.4-2.8 and they all burned up after about an hour or two of puffing on them. They started out nice and clean tasting almost moist vapor, then they just went to burnt plastic taste pretty fast. Im much happier with a Liquinator tanks with Boge 3 ohm carts I have now. Got a SS 3ml filled with Menthol Ice and an AL 3ml filled with Prime, they taste great and give huge hit after huge hit all day long.
Got vape mail today also, 2 30ml of Menthol Ice 1, 30ml prime, 1 30ml HX3 and samplers of Capt Jack, Freedom Juice and Torque56. Tried the Capt Jack already and its pretty good, does have a strong honey smell out of the bottle and taste to me like a honey dipped black&mildish sort of tobacco hit to the throat. I have not been able to find and liquids from other vendors that can compare to Halo, tried about 10 other vendors now and have not found any others that I will reorder from yet.

The only clearo that I've tried is the deluxe.
I heard all the war stories with the older versions and wrote them off, then when the deluxes started to get good reviews, I gave them a shot.
They work great for me especially after the little mod, they hit like monsters and the flavor isn't muted like cartos for me.
