Hello everyone, Sorry about the late response. We have been very busy and have not slept much. vape Square believes in business integrity and transparency. We are a brand built on efficacy. Yesterday we posted on Reddit and our thread blew up with sales and fortunately/unfortunately we have sold out of all of our 8ml bottles. We are so unbelievably sorry for this inconvenience and hope that it does not make you lose faith in our company. As a small start up we had a limited amount of little sample bottles that we did not plan to market we were using strictly for samples. We posted a sample pack on the website after a request, little did we know this would be our best seller. We hope you can accept this apology. We are still learning. Ultimately this is good news because we plan on having all sorts of giveaways, but we have to wait at least a week to receive our shipment of dropper bottles from China. we have plenty of juice that we would love to share with the community. This thread will not be deleted and winners will be chosen. If this apology is unacceptable you can report us to the proper moderators and we will face the consequences of our miscalculation.

Ok... I'm confused... :?:

First you said that the winners were being "inboxed"... which we all took to mean that PM's had been sent out.
And now it sounds like you haven't even chosen the winners yet...

So which is it??? Were you just lying when you said that last night, and we have been sitting here all day waiting for someone to come forward and say that they were one of the winners so we could congratulate them??!!

Most of us understand that stuff happens, and would be happy to hear that there would be a delay because your sales have been going well... :) But nobody likes to be mislead!!

Yeah we have not chosen the winners yet we have been over worked. We fully intended to, but became fearful of the dwindling bottle supply. We wanted to stay true to our Wednesday night cut off, but we froze when we realized were just going to have enough bottles to fill the orders. We also apologize if we mislead the forum. Last night was chaotic and we were juggling a lot of things.

IMO, it would have been better to just say that you were swamped and would have to choose the winners at a later date, maybe even open it up to more entries until then...

But the way you handled things doesn't say much for your integrity!!

I also agree that you should choose the winners and have them wait to get the winnings or reopen the contest......don't keep us in suspense without any clues as to what's happening, we are understanding(well most of us)........and for sure don't lie to us.......that is a sure way to not get anyone here to order from you...

I'm sorry you feel that way Spacekitty. I'm trying to right our wrong here, but I understand this may be hard for people to accept. If there is anything else we can do at this point to right our wrong please let us know.

I just LOVE the way he asked what they could do... and then didn't bother to stick around for the replies, most of which were posted within minutes of his asking!!! :-x

I know that most of us here have witnessed the 'growing pains' of new vendors who underestimated the power of this Forum, and/or other forms of Social Media... but they usually handled it with a little more respect for their potential customers!!


EDIT: Funny how he/she managed to come back to the forum later, but not post anything...
