I live in Washington, DC and there don't seem to be any vape stores anywhere nearby. tobacco stores usually have a couple kinds, but the bulk seem to be disposables, Blu and whatever random company they happen to have a deal with. Maybe the uncertainty of legal status is keeping people from opening more? Apparently there's one opening up in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC, but for a city this big to have none and only one on the way seems surprising. Curious to see how common vape stores are in different places. I'd love to be able to go into a store, look at the different models, ask questions, etc. All online is not the ideal for a newb, though thanks to the forum here I've found lots of good info.

If you want to see vape stores, make it easier to start a business! I know of 3 that sprang up in the last 2 months within 15 miles of me, in a mostly rural county of 300k people. That's in addition to the original local vapor shop expanding twice.

MyVapez has 2 locations in NoVA, one in Herndon and the other is in Arlington. There is also a place in Leesburg called VaporStudio. I live in the sterling area so I usually go to MyVapez or I go to one of the stores in MD when I go to visit my mom
DC Vape Joint on 18th NW Adams Morgan recently opened in DC. DC Vapors in Wheaton Mall ( and White Marsh or Montgomery Mall - I forget which) is opeining another store, Vape Exchange, this spring in College Park and Vape Social is in Gaithursburg. If you can get to Baltimore, you can do a day of B&M hopping: Bmore Vapes in Federal Hill, The Vapory in Mt. Vernon, Mystic Vape in Hampden, Nettmix and Varporiot both in Dundalk right outside the city, two new ones in Catonsville,and a few in Glen Burnie.
Hmmm Vape Social is right around the corner from my work, might have to check them out today

Yelp lists a few you might try. I've only been to Capital Cigar and Tobacco (good staff), but hope to check out some of the others in the area.

Just stopped by vape social on my way home from work. They are extreamly helpful and nice, even told me to swing by at lunch time and hang out!

There seems to be 3 new vape shops opening every week within a 40 mile radius from me. ( south of Atlanta)
There are many vape shops in Orlando and nearby towns. Most selling EGo and Evod kits and American e-liquids. I've seen a few people vaping EGo's around here, too, but I've seen an equal number vaping cig-a-likes.
Freedom Vapor. Marietta OH, Vienna WV. Nice friendly staff, and very willing to help.
Vape stores in Olympia and Lacey. But, both are about a half hour away. Might check them out if I'm ever in the area. Probably won't go out of my way. 
There are tons, you have to cross the bridge a bit. But I am sure the farthest you will have to go is Alexandria.

I live in CO springs and they are becoming more and more common. Many shops are strictly vape shops, selling no ......... paraphernalia. The shops that do generally have lower quality products and juice.
