vape while charging e cig?

I think that I read on here somewhere that there is a brand of e cig that allows a person to vape while its plugged in and charging. Does anybody have any information on such a device?

are you referring to a passthrough? many vendors sell those. you can get an ego passthrough, a 5v 510, or several other variations. check out cignot

Madvapes sit'n'go. Usb plug to charge and use as passthrough. Unplug and use as a regular 510.

There are a few of them, the Ego has a USB port to charge and vape, the Tekkeon Mod has a USB and there are some others too I believe.

Best I remember, seems that its preferred to be used plugged into a wall outlet due to causing a computer port to occasionally malfunction. Is there one that I can use via 110?

ok...i looked the ego pt up. doesnt show a 110 plug in but i have one that is usb ported for a different brand e cig that i have. will the 1000 charge ok with this? noticed that the ego description list had it supplied with 510 cartridges or cartomizers. Isnt the 510 designed like a real cigarette unlike the ego? Is the 510 stuff what the ego uses?

yes the ego still uses 510 parts. you don't have to buy it in a kit. you can plug it into your p.c or get a 2amp wall charger. i think you can find one pretty cheap in the mod suppliers subforum


you don't want to plug a 510 5v pt into your pc but the ego one is fine

I checked the one that I already have, Its 2 amp. Its not like the one in link you sent, only single usb port. Why do you say to not buy a kit? Does each battery come with its own cord? Is it cheaper to buy components seperately?

I can tell you that the Bloog Trifecta does, but I'm not sure about any others. I'm more on the 510 side of life.

FWIW, you can get adapters for cheap at many places. I always throw a couple in when I place an order at Good Prophets because they are 99cents. That way I can use whatever attys are on sale.

EDIT: I guess I left out the fact that you could use the 808 cartos on the eGo that way too. That's when I got my first adapter. I got like 20 808 cartos for $10 or some crazy steal, so I grabbed an adapter so I could use them on my eGo. Wow, that feels like forever ago. I don't mess with cartos anymore.
