Vape while charging?

Im looking for an e cig that can be used as a passthrough and as a battery. Tried googling it but to no avail. Preferably a 3 piece style e cig. Also im wondering if it would be better to just get a seperate passthrough and a regular battery? dunno. Im just tired of not being able to vape while the battery charges, even with 2 batterys they seem to die with the worst timing (just as im fiending for nicotine haha) so a passthrough would be perfect. Havnt had much luck with the cheaper models so im willing to spend some cash. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
