If 35 between the doors then they will fit.

No I didn't measure between the doors because I didn't want to pull the battery. There is slight milling on the inside of the doors about 1mm so taking the outside measurement at about 30mm that would leave about 28mm door to door on the inside I think. Don't see two 26650's fitting in this enclosure.

Hey @Vlad1 have you measured the actual mah of the lipo?

I was going to But... I went and watched the tutorial and either I over looked that section or it wasn't part of the software when they made the tutorial. I also looked at the Escribe manual and couldn't find anything there either. And after seeing a post about Board Bricked by Battery Analyzer Board bricked by Battery Analyzer? - DNA 200 Early Adopters Forum I've decided to wait on that a bit.

Edit: I can say I've set the battery to 19.5Wh which is close to 1750mah and it's charging to 100% with a decrease in Amps as it gets to almost full charged. at the 19.9Wh which is about 1800mah it seemed to have a hard time getting past the 99% charge mark. Not feeling any heat or anything from the battery so I'm hoping all is good. :)

Is it true that the manual suggests you setting the low battery shut off at 3.6v? Cant remember where i saw it mentioned...

Yes, this is what's inside the enclosed pamphlet. And yea I agree must be a typo. :)

WARNINGS:
PLEASE DON'T KEEP USING ONCE THE BATTERY VOLT IS BELOW 3.6V, OR ELSE IT WILL CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE, RECHARGE THE BATTERY ONCE THE VOLT REACHES 3.6V.

Copied and pasted from another thread:
Someone on Box Modders got one of the boxes and ran a discharge profile on the pack. That particular one came out to 1221mAh
That seems kind of low even if the battery's stated spec is exaggerated on the sticker, think it's at least 1400mah output if it's a 1500mah labled as a 1800mah but could be wrong.

Case Analyzer and Battery Analyzer are two very important processes that a mod maker must use while setting up and configuring the device. Those settings are specifically set to the device. Guessing at things like battery soft cutoff and etc. is asking for trouble. The device should have shipped after being configured properly by the maker. These settings would have been uploaded to EScribe the first time you connected it to EScribe.

The 3.09 V default in EScribe was/is the setting defined for the specific battery used in the reference device. It is not the default for any/all batteries from my understanding.

If your device didn't come configured properly for the enclosure (using results obtained after running the case analyzer) or battery (using results obtained after running battery analyzer) then the designer failed to properly configure their device and you should run both analyzers and set the device accordingly.

Vlad1 said his was at 3.09 volts.
For sure better to error setting battery cutoff higher...not lower.

Reading @Vlad1 posts about battery percentage and ml consumption i find the 1221 mah difficult to believe but hey i 've been wrong before...

Ding ding, I said it would probably land in that range. It's the 1500mah battery with an 1800 sticker. Oh well, we kind knew that though 3 weeks ago. :)

FS should be shipping mine in a couple of days..fingers crossed.
