In my recent, 1st and only order, from VapeDudes I have certainly had an experience that will bring cause for me to 1) never order from them again, 2) never recommend anyone order from them, 3) have to call my credit card company to get a refund, 4) take more actions such as posting everywhere I can find place for a review and letting others know (any number of the above).
On November 1, 2012: I placed an order for 2 Texas Tuff Tank Pro 6, with buy up SS Ming tips, 2 5-packs of Boge LR XL Cartos and 3 bottles of juice - about an $81 order.
On November 19, 2012: Yes 18 days later, I received 3 bottles of juice and 1 5-pack of Boge LR XL Cartos.
I immediately sent and email to their support and was promptly responded to by Jennifer and after a few emails offering the Pro 3 and different carts etc, she promised to send out the parts the next day.
As of today, November 30, 2012, I have heard no further information, no tracking number, no response to my latest email and I have currently paid $81 for a single 5-pack of cartos and 3 30ml bottles of juice.
I have requested a refund or immediate tracking details for the remainder of my order and that message is currently without reply. And while I did request the reply by COB today, I cannot help but feel ripped off by this supplier.
I do have the original receipt and all email correspondence back and forth and I will be posting a follow up here as I don't want to brush aside the possibility that I was just lost in the holiday rush or that the second half of my order was lost in the mail and I was never sent tracking details. I'd like to think the best of people but I am currently having trouble with that.
