My wife has one of those netti pots. The thought of doing that creeps me out too much.

LR, this is what I hear from 99% of all people. But once you do you'll never know how you lived without it lol. My wife refuses to try it so I have zero compassion when she complains about being stuffed up. :rickroll:

Forget vape, just the health benefits alone are a good reason to try it. I don't use allergy meds anymore either, after mowing the lawn or a few trips on the motorcycle I flush, takes 2 minutes and my nose will be whistling "o'come all ye faithful."

Totally agree. It weirded me out too until last year when I had 3 bad bouts of bronchitis. I was willing to try anything to feel better including the net I pot. Not weird at all after the first time. Really cleans out that gunk and breathing is much easier. I work in a very dirty warehouse environment so cleaning that gunk out is just a good practice.

Hello fellow Floridian... Agreed on the good practice part.

Have you had vapers fatigue yet? Since you vape and flush, I'd be curious of your results with flushing in regards to fatigue. I don't know of anyone else doing it so my results are the only thing to go by.

USA. State: Inebriated.
Egh. I'm not a fan of blowing my nose (increased pressure can be harmful to inner-ear/head), let alone flushing my nasal cavity out. Creeps me out man.

I have a deviated septum as well from a long line of sinus infections after moving to Houston. It works well when the humidity is low here I get dried out, netty pot or a saline solution you can buy at a pharmacy works wonders.

good video, oh and that other flavor on the tongue is (supposedly) Umami (ALL over your tongue, as well as bitter, sour, sweet, and salty)

good job kiddo!! :)

As a voracious snuffer (nasal snuff) I think the Netti Pot is great!! Evey two or three days of snuffing it cleans out my sinuses like nobody's business! I never thought to use it in relation to vaping though. I was kind of put off by it to start with, just the thought of it grossed me out. But when I tried it the first time, I had no issues what so ever. Painless and easy!

Thanks Ginny

If you watch closely I put the flavors on the bottom of the screen, lol maybe a little too fast.

You should get the surgery for the septum. I was in, out and back to work in 5 days!

And I actually made a video of me trying to vape with the finger trap..... Talk about feeling like an idiot haha. It should be up within the next few videos.

Yup I noticed that I was suffering from both vape fatigue and stuffy nose. I did a flush or two and BAM I was back in the game, with some hydration too. I've repeated the same results many times now.

Shame everyone is scared by a flush because I think it would solve most everyone's issues with fatigue.

just be mindful of the brain eating amoeba s out there.

1 in 300 million chance in the US of contracting the Naegleria fowleri amoeba, and that from swimming in dirty swimming pools and fresh water lakes. Since 1960 in the US there have been just over 100 cases. Far more Americans have traveled into space since 1960 than contracted this "brain eating" bug.
Now, I don't recommend snorting stagnant pond water, but municipal water does not pose any significant risk at all.

I'm just injecting a little rationale into the "brain eating bug" hysteria that's out there. Whenever I mention to anyone that I snort a little tap water daily then I always hear about the dreaded "brain-eating bug!!".

Naegleria Fowleri in the US infects fewer than 2 people per year.

I have had surgery for my deviated septum. Still have issues though. I also use the saline solution spray once or twice/day. Works wonders :)

Been using similar squirt bottle with saline for several years on recimmendation of Dr. (ENT).
It is NOT a neti pot and recommended to use distilled water that costs around a dollar at most grocery or drug stores. Both use saline solution.
Also have "devious" septum.
Sure helps with stuffy, sinusy nose. Am surprised at what comes out and always pleased with results.

From the day the furnace comes on until springtime, I have a bottle of saline nasal spray close at hand. It works for me.
