Honestly, when I first started I was constantly vaping....
Then I started looking at mods and and batteries and atties that had more umph to them...and that cut down the chain vaping and provided the the opportunity to put the vape down

Excellent point. If you move up to a quality 5 volt or variable volt PV, you will get warmer vapor, better throat hit and better consistency which will satisfy your need more.

Couple things about this.

Short answer YES!

Longer answer: Your body doesn't absorb nicotine from ecigs as well as normal cigarettes, you could move to a higher strength but moreso, I think you just need to maybe limit the time you keep the ecig in your hand. Discipline yourself to put the thing away. It has no time limit like a cigarette. Your old habit is coming into this and for so long as you keep it in your hand, you might see yourself vape more because it's there and it hasn't burnt away.

I've been vaping 16 days, off cigs completely after 38 years of smoking. And yes! If I'm not vaping I'm thinking about vaping. A friend of mine said I just traded one addiction for another. My response... yup, but not near as dangerous to my health, not near as expensive, tastes SO much nicer, and my employer can't charge me extra for my insurance because I'm a smoker. Not quite an even trade now is it? :)

I hate to maybe burst a bubble here but you might have to look into your insurance. I recently applied for a bank loan and for my insurance the clauses are smoking or nicotine replacement. The insurance considers this the same for me. I advise you to look into it.

I vape 24/7. I think it's because I'm still new to it and its just plain fun. This flavor then that one.... Mint chocolate, pineapple, strawberry, cream soda , green tea, blueberry muffin, then a tobacco when I get a cigg craving. 2 weeks in and the novelty doesn't feel like its worn off yet. Being broke as of late(stocking up on juice)haven't been able to "truly" truly go out and vape publicly as much as I would like... This week though... Here I come public establishments! I'm ready for it... Most people haven't took a second glance yet but I know that won't stay the same.
