I posted about vaping 36mg on my sub ohm dripper in another thread and instead of throwing that one off topic I'd like to hear more from you guys here.

I like to do it to save battery. Take a puff every now and then and be good for awhile. It works cause I can take a drag and say get on the bus and be good for a long time. I can also take small short puffs often when I'm chilling. Before when I was on 6mg I would chain vape of course and my battery would die very fast on a sub ohm. The way I see it is I can make my battery last 6 times longer. Which is a good thing when I'm out and have only 2 batteries to work with.

Personally I don't think I am getting much more nicotine then when I chain vaped. From what I understand my body would let me know I am having too much and I don't feel like I am getting sick at all.

So what do you guys think should I cut down?

Is this really worth a potential nic OD for the sake of saving a couple hours of battery run time?

From what I understand you would get sick and vomit long before you od or die and I don't feel anymore ill then when I was chain vaping 6mg. I acually got more sick when I was chain vaping 24mg on a normal setup.

Oh yea... There are people who vape 48mg(and I know there have been a couple instances of people vaping 100mg, although that's just not wise). The way you are using it is just fine. I still vape 15mg because I can vape a little and put it down as well.

That would be if you swallowed any. If you get a nic OD from inhaling it you would be up against rapid pulse rate, palpitations, nervousness, sweating, physical shakes - none of which is exactly pleasant.

Wow, sounds painful.

I dripped 18mg by accident once and it burned my throat like crazy and sent me into a coughing fit. What kind of rda and what resistance?

I have to be completely honest... I am really baffled by this new *low nic for dripping* thing. I've been vaping for over 3 and a half years, and most of that has been dripping. Aside from getting fatter, RDA's really haven't changed in any real way, and yet it is only recently that people started this thing of using low nic when they are dripping.

I haven't vaped 36mg in a LONG time, but I can vape 15-18mg no problem dripping. I will say that with the equipment I have, I have only played around up to about 20 watts, but my sweet spot is a single coil in the 12-15 watt range.

Sub ohm is also relatively new

True... I guess the outstanding increase in liquid vaporization kinda makes up for the difference... With 15-18mg on a 1.3ohm single coil I only use about 3mL/day, so I guess if you are vaporizing 4 times as much in a day, then lowering the nic to about a fourth would actually make it about the same amount of nic over the course of a day.

You are going to drip 36? Or out of a tank?

What kind of rda and what resistance?

I do it both out of a tank and dripper. .5ohm and an Hcigar Kraken and an Infinite Magma. The sub ohm just allows me to modulate my tokes to what I see fit. Otherwise I don't see myself getting more nicotine then when I was chain vaping 24mg on a normal setup. Sure I do take huge hits every now and then for the rush, but I would be good for 10-15mins and not even want to take another toke.

It never really bothered my throat at all. When I was chain vaping 24mg I did once get a sore thoat. think that is what got me use to it.

I mentioned dripping 36mg on a thread and people automatically assume im going to die. No matter how I try to explain it. I haven't even heard of anyone dieing from vaping nic. By OD at least.

Oof... more power to you. I'm reasonably sure I couldn't do it. I'm getting to the point where 24mg out of a tank at 15W is getting to be a bit much. I bought my last bottle of 24mg this weekend. I've already started stocking up on 12mg and 18mg. My RDAs should be here this week and I'll probably grab some 6mg, maybe some 3mg. I need to really watch my nic intake in the evenings as I've had a lot of trouble falling asleep lately. Chaining 24mg all evening isn't conducive to sleep.

I don't know how "sub" sub ohm you are vaping at, but it's none of my business. I have an opinion about vaping at super low sub ohms but I won't share that here.

I think using 34mg juice is fine. I've seen studies, I think by farsalinos, that indicate we are absorbing 1/4 the nic of smoking. I'm pretty sure that percent changes with mg/ml . Just don't make yourself puke!
Keep on puffin' that stuff, as long as it keeps you off the stinkies!
