Well I am glad to report that I am almost completely on 0mg juice. I still take a vape or 2 in the morning of my 3mg juice. The reason I am telling you this is that a strange thing happened after going to 0mg from only 3mg. My cardiologist had to reduce my BP meds to 1/2. That should tell people something. I was on 20mg a day of lisinopril. My BP was not really bad but because of my aortic valve replacement leaking so bad he wanted to keep the pressure on my valve as low as possible. My BP was running 125/45 with 20mg lisinopril and after 0mg nicotine it went to 108/45 now with 10mg lisinopril it is 120/45. So if you don't believe a little nicotine doesn't make a difference you are wrong. I still vape a lot but now it is for the flavor and it has become my hobby not my obsession. It took a while but 0mg is not that bad. If you can go to 3mg for a while you can easily go to 0mg. If I can do it after smoking 45years over a pack a day anyone can do it.

Oh by the way I lost both legs not directly linked to smoking or diabetes but you can bet it played a role. When I went into a coma my ejection fraction which is how they tell how much your heart is working. Went down to 15% 55% or above is considered sufficient. I lost circulation to my legs and had to have them both amputated below the knee. That was in 07 and I still continued to smoke. I didn't really cut down till 09 when I started vaping and it wasn't till I had to have open heart surgery to replace a valve in 12 which didn't go as planned but it is still ticking. Don't know what the future holds but we shall see what we shall see. The problem with my heart I'm sure can be linked to my smoking because it caused the tissue of my heart to calcify to the point it couldn't be all removed when replacing my aortic valve. My cardiologist still considered me a daily smoker till I went to 0mg. Nicotine causes your arteries to shrink and raises your blood pressure and pulse especially if you already sick like me.

I guess I should also tell my story. I am a very active 45 year old. I coach Muay Thai, I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I've fought MMA (Smokers), and till lately, used to ride 200 miles a week on my road bike. I started smoking at 13. All the way to about 90 days ago. About a pack to pack and half a day. Then I had a heart attack. I was in the middle of sparring, taking my training partners back and sinking in a choke. BAM! Heart attack. Almost died on the mats that day. Ambulance came, got carted out to a hospital, then air lifted to another. I had a 95 percent blockage, the widow maker. I now have a stent. Quitting smoking was easy the first 30 days, the 2nd month, not so much. The urges were terrible. I was starting to sneak smokes left and right. I had a long drive and I knew there was a really good chance that I would smoke full time again. So I went on r/ECR and read up. I ordered a MVP2, and got some liquid 12mg. It's been about a month now, no urges. Don't even think about it. My Brother passed away a few weeks ago of a Heart Attack, and while there for his funeral, found out my Niece smoked. By this time I already started buying gear, owned aside the MVP, a VTR, and SVD. I gave her my MVP, two aero tanks, and a lot of juice. She's now quit as well.

I'm also on lisinopril, as well as effient, a statin, and baby aspirin. My dose of lisinopril is half yours, at 10mgs. My morning BP hovers around 96/55. During the day, it's around 110/60. This is with vaping. I don't see a difference in BP whether I haven't vaped in an hour, or just vaped five minutes ago. I have an appt with my cardiologist next week. We'll see what he says about the subject. I'm not arguing whether vaping is good or bad for you, btw. Just stating my stats.

Smokers have an addictive personality. As I'm now with vaping. I'm on 6mgs now, soon I'll be on 3mgs. I've already ordered a ton of juice from MBV. And through this, I've gotten the bug for clouds. I now own 3 mechs, and rebuildables. I can make a .3ohm dual coil in my sleep with all the practice lately. But still use kayfuns on my daily driver, a 20w mod. I think as was touched on earlier, we do not know the long term effects of Vaping, it may still be harmful. However, nowhere as harmful as smoking. Harm reduction is the buzz term being bandied around. However, I will be on 0mg, and after that, quit. I wish you luck in your journey.

Pandinha:
I agree with you. I started vaping the 3mg again and my BP is staying pretty stable with 10mg of Lisinopril also. I really think it had more to do with my extra sodium intake. I have cut that by a ton. Not to 0 but with the 0mg I missed the throat hit. I talked to another guy and he thinks like me with 3mg you still get a throat hit and its not enough to raise your BP. He mixes his own so his is 2.4mg. I notice that MBV doesn't offer 3mg and won't custom mix it. But you can get 6mg and go half and half with 0mg. Heathers Heavenly Vapes will custom mix it to what ever but they also offer 3mg standard. They are a little more expensive then MBV but everyone is. They are at $13 for 30ml. They will add extra flavor, mix all the way to 100%VG if that is what you wish and will make it at whatevery nic you want other then there standard of 3,6,12,and on up to 24. I find that 3 is as low as I want to go. I am happy there and satisfied. The 0mg like I say has no throat hit whatsoever. A little too light for me. I wish you success in your vaping progress too. I am about to get my 3rd Provari. There is not substitute for the way a Provari works. I have a 20watt Chinese clone for DNA20 but I don't like the fact that you can't reduce your power to below what your battery level is at. The MVP 2 is a great little device for the price. It doesn't have the 33.3 chip in it and the battery works very well. I have never tried sub ohming. I do like my Kayfun but my hands aren't as steady as they used to be so I have a little problem getting the micro coil in place but they work great. I love the Nautilus, have 4 of them. Those are our number one go to's then the Aspire BDC's as long as you have the tank air flow controller. Well take care it was good hearing from you.
