Hey guys and gals!

I have been vaping almost 2 weeks now and have been analog free for just as long(WOW)! I bought the ego-t with the LR egot atomizers and type B tanks and some 2.0 boges. I must say I'm loving the ego batts + the tank system, it lasts me all day with no problems(yet).
The boges are ok, but hate having to refill them many times a day and I dont get the vapor or TH that i get from the ego atomizers. Was thinking of getting another model or an entire kit(just for curiosity and if its 510 capable, some extra batts to have laying around).

Any one have any suggestions of which direction I should go in? I know most of you have so much experience, was hoping to pick a few brains :p

Thanks in advance guys!

Hi, Welcome & Congratulations! I'm fairly new to vaping myself & haven't used an eGo personally but my thoughts are (1) "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", and (2) How many flavors have you tried? How about different cartos?

As I understand it the eGo batts run at around 3.3 volts, which imo is a bit low, but if you're happy with that then "it ain't broke". You might want to try the Resurrector cartos from Crystal Clear Vaping... they're a bit larger than the BOGE and are 1.7 ohm so will run a bit hotter. I personally love 'em on my E-Power (regulated to 3.7 volts). My suggestion, unless you have entirely too much money to play with, is that you explore the capabilities of the PV you have. Oh, as to extra batteries I believe that's always a good idea, and you can get more powerful batts for your eGo as spares I believe. Other posters with more knowledge should be along shortly with better info. Happy vaping!

What do you like and not like about your current pv's? If you could make a dream pv what would it do? Hold more juice, bigger battery, better vape? How much do you want to spend?

with me ego(so far) I havent had any problems and give it 9.5/10 . The ego is perfect for me if Im out and about, or at work. At home anything is fair game. If I could get even more vapor that would be cool.(right now using 50/50 mixes and am liking that very much. As far as what would my dream PV do? I dunno, more vapor and maybe a little bigger tank. Other than that, im not sure what else there is? ( do some PV's give the flavor a better bite?) Enlighten me on what else they can offer please, since im still a nooobie :p

money is not really a problem atm, looking for any options in any price range(that is reasonable ofc) Im probably not willing to spend 500 dollars on a PV :p

I also have only been vaping a couple weeks and love it. I don't really know which direction to go now though. I just have a cheap Joye 510 with atomizers and a mega battery so it will last me all day at work. But, the constant refilling of the cartridge and the noticeable taste from the poly fill as its getting low is annoying. I just ordered some CE3 clearomizers online and am awaiting their arrival. Just curious if that was a wise route to go?

I really can't offer any suggestions as far as mods go. I've never tried vv except the vv ego, and never tried high voltage. That all may change if I ever try one, who knows. I was happy with my ego and used it pretty much for a year. The juice aspect for me was a bit of an annoyance- I always wanted a juice feeder type mod. The opportunity presented itself and I got a Reo and love it. That may not be what your looking for.

Take a look through the 'show us your pv' thread- see if anything catches your eye.

I did buy some of those actually( or maybe they were Ce2's and i like them for the tank part of it, but it looks goofy on my 1000mah batts :p

I haven't tried the clearomizers but I'd think if they're standard resistance you should be okay with them; LR wouldn't be a good idea on a slim battery. I fail to understand why Joye doesn't offer their 510 starter kits as 2-pc (with cartos) rather than 3-pc kits. Does anybody actually still prefer the 3-pc batt/atty/cart setup these days? That just seem like an unnecessary PITA to me, but I suppose it has some advantage that has escaped my attention (lots of stuff has escaped my attention up until now :) )

I started with a Volt kit, and now have a Silver Bullet.

I picked the SB because it's been around long enough to get picked apart here in public if it wasn't rock solid dependable, and I wanted something simple. Push button + get vapor = the most important thing for me. The last thing I need is any additional complication or frustration while trying to quit smoking.

That's just me. I can also understand others finding satisfaction and distraction with tinkering with voltages and such.

I continue to use my Volt outside the house, and personally, I like the vapor quality out of the 808 better than the 510 anyway.

The eGo batteries are excellent. You can go with cartridges/atomizers, cartomizers, tanks with those same cartomizers (I recomment the Boge 2.0's especially). Now if you want to skip all the stuff inbetween, make the jump to a variable voltage unit. There are numerous styles, shapes and sizes available. The variable voltage will allow you to "dial in" the optimum voltage for each cartomizer/juice. Each juice will have it's sweet spot as does the hardware.

For out and about, the eGo's are a great choice as they are small enough to take a couple with you (a small case is nice to have for the juices as well). When at home wanting to go a bit larger without all the messing around filling and refilling, go with a tank.

I have 3 eGo's, cartomizers, attys, cartridges, tanks but mainly use my latest set up non-stop. I do carry a couple eGo's along set up with cartomizers, spare juice and tips for those times I'm running around town..easy peasy.

Here's a pic of the Infinity Pro made by Notcigs. They also make the Buzz Pro which is the exact same electronically. The difference is length and diameter (and some colors). I would highly recommend this VV Mod. I researched quite a bit and was seriously thinking of the Provari but this one really struck my fancy. Excellent build quality, protected electronics and superb design.
