Vaping and drinking...

...has replaced the smoking while having a drink. This evening's vape has been brought to you by Copper Moon's Sauvignon blanc and one hell of a hot day.

That was one of the hardest parts for me originally, luckily I don't drink much.
Before the technology became what it is today I slipped a time or two. Not a problem now.
Congrats on tackling what was one of the hardest times for me to get through.

I don't go out to bars much anymore, but when I did, and they had the smoking ban, everyone -- and I mean everyone -- wanted to hit my device. The bartender said it was OK to vape inside. I let my friends who still smoke hit it, but not the strangers. No way am I letting a stranger put their mouth on my drip tip. Heh heh.

I mix having a drink with vaping instead of smoking. I still own a .... load of cigars and occasionally have one every 2 months or so, but finding a good juice to go with a nice cocktail is a joy. Some tropical, fruity juices go well with Malibu rum. I really love my diy custard with Guinness. Smooth on top of smooth. Some people pair wine and food, for me it's finding the right vape for the right alcoholic beverage. And not just beer like Grimm Green.

I mostly only drink beer, and lots of juices go well depending on the beer. I like lots of ipas and an RY4 is always great, especially Coval Azeroth or Charlie Noble Pistachio RY4. I also like Summer Shandy, and being a lemon beer, lots of different fruit vapes go well with it. It's shocking how many juices go well with beer honestly, even stuff that doesn't sound like it would. You can never go wrong with a tobacco vape though, that's for sure.

The best juice flavor with drinking is unflavored. If i decide to imbibe, I have a special bottle of unflavored with has double my usual nicotine to try and mimic the cigarette taste. Actually works really well. When not drinking, I use my various cheesecakes, custards, and etc. at 3mg nic, but switch to unflavored at 6mg for drinking nights.

The thought of cutting up a Cohiba to me would be like self mutilation. I like looking at my humidor as much as smoking the cigars. I only burn one every 2 months or so. I haven't had one in 3 months and that's the longest time I've gone without in 8 years. I am going for a new record of 6 months. If I make it, I might just try to make some juice with them.

I haven't had one in 3 months and that's the longest time I've gone without in 8 years. I am going for a new record of 6 months. If I make it, I might just try to make some juice with them.

I have them weekly, only takes one to make enough concentrate to last months, I inhaled them so we may differ in that aspect.........

There must be some sort of chemical synergy going on with alcohol and nicotine. When I drink, I vape like a steam engine of harvest day, when I smoked it was the same. I mostly drink cider which is compatible with most of my fruit juices. I was drinking beer last night (Grolsch, which full bodied and hoppy) and it did not go well with my vanilla custard or most of the fruit juices. Strangely after the third one it did not seem to matter anymore.

I very rarely go anymore as I have developed an affinity with drinking on my own these days. But when I do, I tend to go outside with all the smokers to avoid any confrontation. The few time I did I asked the landlord first if it was ok. But people often think you are smoking, which makes them uncomfortable (which isn't fair), or they come up ready to give you are verbal bashing for being an inconsiderate *****, then you have to explain yadda yadda. Plus I like to blow clouds. Seeing someone vaping inside tootle puffing is one thing, having great swathes of vapor swirling around your face is quite another.
