Some of your questions seem more like they are coming from a questionnaire put together by a marketing or research group than coming from a concerned or questioning individual.![]()

I also think it’s likely more of a survey question. Not a reason not to answer it though. Surveys I find mostly innocuous. The only one I had a problem with recently was a person attempting to market nicotine gum to vapers which was mostly just massively underinformed in concept.INDEED !
I switched to vaping 4 years ago. A year ago I reformed my diet and started exerciseing (too bad it wasn't sooner. Weather permitting I do an hour a day of brisk walking. I can vape during those sessions. Then I do 60-90 minutes of low to moderate cardio on a shwin airdyne in the basement. Finally, three strength training sessions a week, also in the basement. If I was still smoking this activity would be impossible. One of the best things vapers could do is get in shape to showcase the benefits of switching. I got rid of 25 pounds, back to my high school waist and waist line (we were a skinny bunch in those days.)Do you workout or do any form of exercises regularly?

Do you do any form of exercise? The only time I stop vaping for two hours is when I'm sleeping or on an airplane.
I'd bet that is not unusual for most vapers.
As far as the science behind the relationship between stamina & vaping I seriously doubt any based on reality exists.
Rephrasing your question won't get the answers you want to hear.
" I read " something doesn't mean anything without identifying the source.

Very good topic indeed. When I was vaping, I found that my lungs cleared up drastically as soon as I quit cigarettes. I do fence contracting which is in the manual labor field, so my lungs are very important to keep me moving and my stamina is also very important. The moment I switched to vaping, things got very much easier as far as breathing. So I would say yes, vaping DOES help you breathe better when you are physically working/exercising.Do you workout or do any form of exercises regularly?

Chewing tobacco, like cigarettes have a lot of pharmacologically active chemicals in them, many of which are really bad for you, whereas most vape juice has just the one. NETs have more. Might be an interesting test to see if vaping a NET produces a change.I came from chewing tobacco to vaping. I'm a competitive bodybuilder so I'm VERY regularly in the gym. I feel, for one the effects of chewing tobacco vs smoking/vaping are different. Chewing was almost more of a rush or amped effect. While vaping is very calming, mellowing and relaxing. I do feel a little shorter of breath vaping but more noticeable for me is that I feel like it makes me VERY lazy.. it's actually hard for me to get to the gym since I've started vaping.
Now I don't want to chalk this all up to vaping alone.. I'm sure other things in my life are effecting that drive as well. But I do feel vaping has a lot to do with it.
