Just wanted to ask if vaping could reduce the occurrence of fatigue if you were an ex-smoker. I'm only 20 and i've been smoking since i was 14. i switched to vaping since december and i couldn't be happier. As i am young, i still like to play basketball sometimes, but i haven't played yet since i started vaping. I know that when i was a smoker, i couldn't play longer than what i wanted to, but now im no longer smoking, would that have changed?

Smoked for 44 yrs and I can now get back into the sports I once loved but couldn't do because my lung capacity was so diminished. Can now easily swim 5 miles in the bay. Last Summer hauled 100+ wheelbarrows of topsoil about 100 yards uphill and spread it- took 6 hrs and I told me wife if I was still smoking would've have been a 2 day job. Realize the cilia in the lungs that have been coated in tar and paralyzed ( not an exaggeration) from the analog chems start to regenerate within days of quitting smoking...our bodies are an amazing creation.

Have FUN and go for it
