I pretty much vape all day long. Mostly because I work from home, so I don't have any times when I can't vape. Before vaping about 3 months ago, I was a heavy smoker.

Anyways, played my first game of squash in about 2 years, and its pretty strenuous exercise. As a smoker would have felt dead after such a game, but in 3 months I would say my condition would be comparable to that of a non-smoker. Even if I'm not super fit, I can see that vaping has no noticable impact on my physical condition in terms of breathing or otherwise.

I know this isn't exactly scientific evidence on the health benefits of vaping, but it seems pretty clear to me its working out.

Congrats! It feels so good to see positive results from a change you've made in your life, doesn't it? It's like when a person changes eating and exercise habits for the better. You KNOW what you're doing is more healthy, but the feeling that you get on the day when you can fit into some jeans that wouldn't zip before is euphoric!

On a side note, I did a double-take at this thread because my cat's name is Squash!
