FieryOne,

Aw damn, that looks so awesome. :)

Your endcap looks better than most of mine do, lol.

I got lucky with that one..the other two I made didn't turn out so hot...had to throw one away. I found that the crazy glue does scrape off the jewel pretty well so was able to clean them up. Did you have a problem with yours not hitting the same or at all after putting the jewel on the end? I had that issue and the lights had stopped working also, but was able to correct it by putting 4 notches in the plastic end piece i glued it to. You cant see them at all, but it fixed the problem.

Ya know, interesting you mention this. I was getting wonky hits at first, but I assumed this was my being hyper-aware and paranoid about it. And then I further assumed that my assessment was correct, because now I have no issues with it, and I haven't changed anything. Two of my batts have glued endcaps, two don't.

But I suppose it's possible. It's odd that the hit inconsistency issues cleared up for me without doing anything, though. It's also odd since the ash cap 510 batt I have was REALLY glued down, and I would think if there was a need for airflow in the battery end this would present a problem.

Basically... I have no idea.

Haha, it sounds like you and I are very similar in style in a lot of ways. I have to maintain my punk mystique + 1930s black and white film thing, you know. ;) I'm the same way; smoking cigarettes never concerned me, but vaping is a totally different thing. I'm pleased atm with my eGo, but I am definitely going to get a second long slender thingummy for when I feel Swellegant. Most of the people who I know who vape IRL are guys, and they always seem a little surprised to see a girl doing it, as well. Whatever, I say. =) Thanks for your input! I have been considering flat-tips myself and will probably stock up next time I put in a juice order.

I seriously love both of you guys..and no, I don't get the pink thing either. Currently, I use a black LS, but when I started vaping, I put rhinestones where the ash-cap goes on my 510s. It classed them up a bit. I borrowed a 510 from a girl in the PIF forum once, and that made me feel fancy. You can use any color rhinestone to change your led color..the best part is that the red shines through, so with a green rhinestone, it looks extra awesome. I used red and amber, because I was going for the real cigarette thing.
