I've had my 510 for a little under a month, so I haven't vaped too many places yet, mostly bars and night clubs. Here's my findings:
The Church, lower level, Sunday night: Vaped all over the place and was not discrete at all. No one official cared in the slightest or even gave me a funny look. A few patrons were interested and asked a few questions. Kinda OT, but I will never step foot in that club again because I got knocked around by some ex-skinhead biker gang member and the bouncers wouldn't back me at all.
Denny's @ Sante Fe & Alameda: Vaped there openly late on a Sunday night. No one said a word.
Cafe Netherworld: I've vaped there several times and no one cares. I kind of figured they wouldn't considering how much they love the smoking ban.
Bar Standard/Milk/Shelter: Vaped all over the place on Saturday night. No one had a problem at all. I assume it's also ok on Wednesdays, but I have no idea about the more mainstream club nights.
Deathwish @ Trax: I vaped openly in front of the staff and one of Denver's finest. No one cared. The door lady did ask some questions when she searched my lunchbox, but she just kind of looked at me like I was nuts and left it at that.
The movie theater @ Denver Pavilions: I vaped during a weekday matinee. I didn't catch any grief, but I was very discrete and the theater was pretty empty.
Pints Pub: The newish manager guy (whose name I can never remember) let me vape there on a Tuesday night. I asked permission and I'm a regular, so YMMV. I'm willing to wager that it wouldn't fly with the older British guy.
King Soopers @ 29th & Quebec: I vaped openly in the middle of the night while doing some post clubbing breakfast shopping. I didn't catch any greif, but I was drunk (not driving) so I probably won't have the guts to do it again.
So far, I haven't gotten any negative reactions from the general public while vaping. Most people think it's pretty cool.
