VAPING AS WE SPEAK, got my Janty going, Questions though

I hooked two up, one with peach cobbler, and one with tennesee cured

Now, one keeps leaking into my mouth?????????????

Also, I put a little coffee straw into the cartridge just like it showed on the forum in one of the modify your 510 for filling your cartidge, Did all that around 1:00 today

Okay, now when I did put it all together, I added a drop into each of the two atomizers ( made me two digitals.. LOL) then topped off each cartridge with 3 more drops.

Am I suppose to top off the cartridges before I begin using??? also, their not vaporing much?? like the videos show, is this due to being new?? taste isn't a problem of either.. heck I like em both, except the tennesse cured thats leaking into my mouth...

We dont use these like cigars right, we can inhale correct... and I know dont ya'll go cuttin up a rug on me.. I've been inhaling, I handed to my dh and said, okay here is the one I made you... now use it, he takes a big ole inhale in holding down the manual button and starts coughing.. coughing.. hands it back to me and says, ARE WE SUPPOSE TO BE INHALING???,

Also I put in my cartridge 15 drops each, is this the norm?? or do I do more, or less, or do I look for the liquid to rise to the top of the cartridge.. please dont advise I do a search on this either .... I would love some answers from ya'll.......

Who says huggles?
Yes, you inhale. It takes time to learn how to do this- practice is all you got. Drawing too hard will get the juice into your mouth, or having too much in it. (which it sounds like you are? Flooding it?)

Did you get Janty pre-filled carts? If so seems like you flooded the atty and the cart.
15 drops is a lot. vape it for a while before you drip anymore, or if it came with a blank cart try to vape without the pre-filled carts.

Fill the cart until the liquid is saturating the filler, but not over the top. I would try less at first to avoid getting the liquid on your lips and mouth..That is just a nasty feeling and taste. 15 drops sounds ok, but all carts/filler are diffrent.

my 510 takes about 12 drops to fill if that helps..

Thanks all, its funny I vaping two of them.. one has more vaper.. then the other.. mmmmnnnnnnnn.... but still nothing like the videos.. now does this get better as the atomizer gets used more??? I can say this.. I DONT HATE... so thats good.. although, I do feel like going outside and lighting up my Marlboro ultra lights.. but, actually going to try and not do so.

Hey how many inhales do you usually get out of 15 ml.. dripped in the cartridge..any ideas .. anyone?? with the janty dura c...

Atomizers do 'break in' with use. It probably takes about a day of vaping to really get to that peak performance level.

Liquid getting into your mouth is IMHO always caused by an overfilled cart or from sucking to hard.

If there is liquid pooled up in the cart it is filled to much. If it is a prefilled cart from a manufacturer it is probably filled to much. In these cases touch the corner of a tissue to the cart filling and let it 'suck' a little fluid out of the cart. Also use a paperclip and insert it into the hole on the mouth side of the cart and turn it on an angle. the cap on the end of the cart should come off pretty easily. clean out any liquid that has gotten into the reservoir and replace the cap, it is there as an excess liquid retainer but does make it harder to suck through.

Once you are more proficient with liquid levels you might want to consider taking the end cap off and leaving it off. It will make it easier to suck through.

On the subject of sucking through it... regular cigarettes tend to be smoked in quick hard drags but your e-cig requires a slower more controlled draw. Don't suck to hard and don't be afraid to take a good 7 to 10 second drag off your e-cig.

Also press the button about 1 second before you start to drag on it. this will preheat the atomizer and give better results than if you press the button after you start sucking. Conversly at the end of the drag try to release the button a split second before you finish the drag.

Hi, GoldenGirl, fluid can also condense in the barrel near the mouthpiece. Try tilting the entire device down and gentle shake it (not stirred) to get the droplets to run down to the atomizer, then vape on it a while to avoid flooding the atomizer. My 801 is great about doing this.

And no, you did need to take the little cap off the cartridge. Tilting the device down can give you a little more vapor.

The plastic cap is supposed to come off and stay off. The one you are talking about is the one on the filler end of the cartridge. The one Dumwaldo is talking about is on the mouth end of the cartridge.

I hate to say this but right now it seems that the Janty attys are all different. Some draw easy and some just don't. Some don't produce much vapor and some do. The first day you are probably getting rid of the primer, and yes it makes me cough. It should be gone by the time you kill the first battery. When I get juice coming through I just remove the cart and blow through it holding a tissue in front, if you blow really hard it will remove all of it (you can hear the difference) and you can see it on the flat sides. Wipe that off, and go back to vaping. Don't be afraid to multi puff like you would when hot boxing an analog(continue to hold down the button), just let it cool down in before another multi puff. If it gurgles a lot(a little is fine) you are drawing to hard or it is flooded. If flooded remove cart, unscrew atty and while holding a tissue blow through the small hole(of atty) untill it gets no more on the tissue. Replace and vape. After a full day you will have all of this down pat.

Shawdr... YOu are sooooooooooo right.. I have four janty's going.. I've charged 4 batteries.. and have 4 different ones going.. out of all 4, one is the BOMB... EVERY HIT, IS LIKE AN ANALOG TO ME... the other 3, not so.. I am actually going to put a mark on my favorite.

I wonder if what makes it a hit or miss is the atomizers???

I cant figure out though why everything taste like peach though.. LOL

I have one with mlb, one with old tobacco, one with peach, and one with tennessee cured..

Does tenesse cured have a peach flavor to it too..???? LOL

i did the straw mod and it made the juice flow to much to the atty and i was sucking jiuce so i took it out and everything was fine after that.
