Vaping at work

Since I don't have 5 posts yet, and can't start my own thread, can I hijack for a second....

Anybody know if any of the following DiamondVapor flavors are good right out of the bottle. Starting to run out of juice, don't know if I can wait for my newly arrived order to steep.

The Dew
Butterscotch Rocks
Strawberry Sunrise
Caramel Capo
Cussed Out

I live near DiamondVapor b&m so I am lucky to be able to try before I buy! I love Butterscotch Rocks!!! Also if you like sweet stuff, LOVE Breakfast in France. Breakfast in France is like french toast with syrup! yum! I have found that all their flavors are good right even after they mix them for me - don't even have to let them steep. Sorry haven't tried the others you mentioned yet... :-(

I work in an office and vape at work - low cubicle walls. I am bad and didn't ask but the cubes around me are empty and anyone that does sit around me is always interested in my vaping. And when the do ask me about it, they are suprised I do it at my desk because they never noticed. I am waiting for the day the company sets a rule because vaping has gone around the company pretty quickly (yippie)... we have converted a lot of smokers to vaping and tend to have vape chat in the smoking area when we do hang out there. It is unfortunate I don't go down there more often to spread the word and knowledge more often but I have always tended to be too into my work to break anyway (even on analogs).

I almost wish there were vaping meetup groups! lol! I have gotten into it that much and I find those of us at work want to talk about it and share our knowledge like the forum! :)

I am leaning towards a vanilla addiction right now. Figured I would take a gamble, as they got some good reviews. Might try the Butterscotch when I run out (probably tomorrow).
I've also got some ECBlend and some trials from MyFreedomSmokes coming. Probably won't be here until Tuesday, though.

Thanks for the review.

Steep, Steep, and more Steep on the ECBlends as they suggest... I bought from them but I just prefer to be able to try before I buy... possibly due to my being new to finding what I like. Definitely a great vendor though!

Eh, it's all relative. I actually like their Dragon's blood fresh out of the bottle. Not that I don't like it steeped. There's just something about that sharp, sour, slightly peppery taste!

I stealth vape at work. Only 2 employees even know I vape at my desk. Those near me have no clue or have not mentioned anything and I pertain to keep it that way. I don't blow excessive clouds of vape over my cubical. I only take a few puffs when I need it and feel more productive than taking 5-10 min break to go down 5 flights of stairs.

I don't draw attention to myself; nor do I want to. I'm happy as long as no one says anything. I also "voop" (vape on the toilet) ;). I'd rather hide it than make a scene and have it out banned at work. Right now there are no rules pertaining to vaping. I intend to be on the down low and keep it that way. It's vapers that decide to puff out vapor in break room etc that will ruin it at this company.

My opinion keep it low until it is accepted by the masses.

I haven't really asked yet, I'm transferring back to lincoln next week, and I unload and run truck in the evening at a grocery store there and the managers are very laid back so I'll have to see if I can at least do it in the backroom, I highly doubt I'll be able to do it out on the floor, minus a couple stealth puffs.

I work for a very well known Lawn equipment manufacturer, with a very strict non-smoking policy. Recently I was approached and was told that there is no smoking on site. My reply was simply "Good thing I quit, now I dont have to worry about it." When I explained that I was vaping and not smoking, things kinda got crazy. Within an hour, I had atleast 15 smokers approach me asking how and where to get an ecig. Needless to say, we have a huge group of people meeting at the local vape shop tomorrow morning.

And the company fully supports it.

What really threw them off is the fact that I have a mechanical mod that I made in a few hours. Looks like I will have a second job making PVs for them.

I get a 20 minute Vape Break for every 80 minutes I work. Sometimes every 60 minutes, occasionally every 40 minutes, depending on the break string. Sometimes this adds up to 3 1/2 hours of total vape time for an 8 hour shift, roughly 5ml of juice and one 18490 battery. lol. We have a separate smoking room for the employees. I just kick back, plug in my Zune, have some Jo, read my e-book and Vape clouds on my Provari.

Can I get an application for that job?

I'm a caregiver in a small group home for physically and mentally handicapped adults and I can vape all I want at work. Most of my co-workers smoke and have to step outside, but I happily vape away as much as I want to inside. Several of the clients think my 'cigarette' is cool and everyone enjoys the smells it produces.

Yeah sure. My boss doesn't mind. Just not in front of the customers, and not around my coworker with asthma.

PG is the vehicle for the medication in asthma inhalers and secondhand nicotine has been show to be virtually non existent with ecigs. Now, the flavoring may cause problems, but I would venture to guess that flavorless would be safe. We'll see as more studies are published.

I'm an STNA and I just started working for an assisted living home. The Director noticed the eGo in my shirt pocket and I gave her the run-down. As soon as I get the chance, I'm going to be holding a seminar for the residents who smoke. I'm even going to try to get the company to buy ecigs for the residents, as they are more cost effective than the prescriptions or patches they currently use for smoking cessation.

Everyone has been incredibly receptive, so I've got high hopes for this little project.

I'm an RN, My boss seriously has it in for me. When I was smoking she required me to punch out every time I went out in the middle of the night to smoke. (None of my co workers were required to do so). So I started vaping, and I have been told that I am not allowed to do that at work. So I do it in the bathroom and no one knows. Now I will be in trouble for spending too much time in the bathroom. LOL. I am glad that I stopped analogs.

If the home has a medical director, getting them educated as to the efficacy (as a cessation/replacement system) and the implications of smoke-vs-vaping would be very helpful with your project.

Also, if your place of employ has a risk manager, the idea of the residents having electronic devices instead of combusting material would be a HUGE safety bonus. Someone nodding off with a PV in their hand is many times safer than someone doing the same with a lit analog.
