Sorry to burst your bubble @MarkyMark556 , but I do an hour and a half of yoga most days. That's my particular brand of addiction.

Anna

Omg before I got hurt I was SO addicted to working out. It really was my high for so long..

Loved it loved it loved it..

Yeah I shoulda posted it there lmao. Just getting overexaggerated roasted in here.

You know it may seem like your getting roasted or that we are giving you .... but like comedy things are funny when they are based in truth.

It's that uncomfortable truth we find we can laugh at when we step back at look from a different perspective, and sometimes that means we laugh at ourselves..but that's okay - it's the different perspective sometimes that we need most.

At the point you got nic sick from vaping and did it anyway you knew you were being dumb.. you were doing it to fit in with the cool kids or whatever..

Everyone has been there to an extent - but if your of exceptional intelligence then you'll walk away now because you know it's dumb.

The people who require you to do the things they do in order to be freinds are the least worthy of your friendship.

When I was in high school I hung out with the outcasts who sometimes smoked the unmentionable, when it was around me I passed. Didn't phase anyone and didn't stop them from being happy in my company. More for them anyway. .. lol...

Freinds like you for who you are, not for killing yourself with a substance that affects you adversely, that in all likelihood your allergic to.

I and others are just giving you perspective... that's all..

To be honest @MarkyMark556, I can relate. I too was going through some stuff in college and I started smoking cigarettes. It became a mechanism for me. The buzz I got helped me out a lot. It’s completely understandable that when you discover something new and cool that you might wanna do it repeatedly so it’s completely fine man. I understand what it’s like and the side effects that may or may not be worth it for you.

I have to say, it seems like @MarkyMark556 feels his only 2 choices are smoking or the high nic juul. Why? That's just not the case. Different setup with lower nicotine juice. There is a balance to be found. @MarkyMark556 would it be so bad to take 7 or 8 puffs and feel a little relaxed, enjoying the flavor and experience, as opposed to those 3 hard hits that overdose you?

He never mentioned smoking . He did say smoking was ignorant, though .

Hahaha yeah full review coming. Yeah I'm still experimenting i'm new to this whole thing. I'm on the edge of giving it up, but from the studies I've read vaping doesn't seem all that bad, and nicotine either, of course it's more harmful than not vaping. Unless you down a 1500mg ejuice then ur effed. But all I know right now is I need some sort of rush from vaping to continue. I think people are misinterpreting - I'm not using the Juul all day and getting completely nic buzzed off it, just a slight buzz and only a couple times a day maybe 3-6 times. Even in my first week of vaping I've had the chest pain but I've gone to the doctor and everything is good my heart is fine. So I'm assuming it's just a vg/pg problem. So I ordered a 100% unflavored 36m VG juice and a PG juice to test. If those don't work and problem persists then obviously I'm done with vaping. What are you suggesting? I know nothing about vaping - are there devices that might be better for me to use? could you recommend something 'Uthinkofsomething'

Personally I still think your problem is the high nic not the pg, but that is more a guess than anything admittedly, and lower nic juice is a great start. As far as setups go if the juul offers lower nic and you like the device stay with that.
Aspire™ Zelos 50W TC Starter Kit (Nautilus 2 & Zelos Mod)
Here is one good starter kit option, there are many... The nautilus 2 tank offers a restricted direct lung hit or mouth to lung.
The Uwell Crown tank (I think was mentioned much earlier) is another great choice.
Whatever you use, you can still overdo it if you try. I still make myself queesey in the mornings. The bigger the hit the more nic you get. I use 3mg nic juice in at low ohms and medium high watts.
In one of those tanks i mentioned above I would stick to 12 mg.

36mg eliquid is still very high nic for someone who has never been a smoker. It can still cause you unwanted possible side effects. Most of us on ECF, who were smokers for decades, and have been vapers for years, don't even vape eliquids that high in nic! I hope you ordered some plain VG and plain PG to dilute it with, too!

Somehow I think you're missing the important message.

The nicotine levels you've been using are astronomically high for a non/never smoker. ridiculously high,,, ludicrous.
If you think using nic is a must try 8mg/ml or less.
The breathing difficulties you've mentioned are common for those sensitive to high VG, if you just must vape I'd try 50/50.

Your best bet is to go with one of your previous thoughts,,, stop vaping, not everyone can or should.

I quit smoking after 35 years with 11mg, 18mg made me sick.
When I needed 18mg for medicinal reasons it took me a month to get where I could stand it and I always felt over nic'ed for the 3 years I did it. When I could finally cut nicotine down it was a relief.
