Vaping day 5! Progress ? or No?

I'm in the same boat, being on about day 5 now. I'm down more than half in analogs, and the ones I do smoke, it seems like after a several drags, I just .... it out.

With so many other ECF Members giving great advice and suggestions, that end is covered. I can however, emphasize to the OP that for only a week into this, you are doing fine! Cutting your analog use in HALF is an incredible achievement! It took me a month of vaping before I was able to quit completely.

Be proud of what you've accomplished!

"Does anyone know of a shop that sells cartomizers & custom flavors? Seems like it is standard flavors and carts or custom flavors and only juice? But maybe a good Marlboro flavor in a FRESH filter/atomizer is what I need? I have a spare atimizor that came with the kit. Does anyone know where to buy those little tiny ziplock bags. (crack bags) only bigger just to keep the filters seperated until I get the cartos?"

I shop Good Prophets as I love that they answer personal emails and quickly. Others may have better suggestions for your specific requirements.

Scotsman....hang in there. I started with the real cigarette-looking VP's and almost gave up. I'm now using Sapphire Tanks on a 510 fat battery. Really works better for me. More smoke, deeper draws, longer lasing batteries.

Sounds like you are doing great ES...keep up the good work Juice was the hardest thing for me...so I turned to DIY juice and haven't looked back. Also, for the first couple of months I used a couple of pouches per day of swedish snus to help me with analog cravings. It really helped!
