I had the same "problem" a few weeks into vaping.

With all due respect to the previous posters, maybe you dont want to get into anything too complicated. (sheesh, not everyone on here wants to wind coils and do mods!, some of us just want to go to a store and buy things!)

What I did was to change from a BCC to a Dual Coil Cartomizer/tank set up.
Lots more vapor. A warmer hit. Better tasting too.

There is a bit of a step up in complexity, but there are dozens of good posts and videos on here to help.

As stated previously if your mechanically inclined get a RDA, mech, some good 18650's, a charger, 28gauge Kanthal, wick, and a cheap butane torch. Go to fasttech and order a good mech mod and you will be able to setup and subohm setup running single or dual coil and I guarantee lack of vape, taste, or throat hit won't be an issue.

As a point of reference like yourself I just wasnt getting enough out of carto's, VV/VW and wanted the big clouds with big flavor and throat hit. This did it. Only problem is I can't smoke any of my carto's anymore w/ any enjoyment unless I can rebuild them to lower the ohms.

Right after I found the e-liquid flavor I liked as an ADV, I started chasing the throat hit as I went down on the nicotine levels.

$5.50 Variable Voltage USB Passthrough Battery for E-Cigarette - silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

This little item brought back the throat hit for me. At least for at home or in the car. It's a USB Variable Voltage Passthrough. It has four power setting, ranging from 3.0v, 3.6v, 4.2v, and 4.8v. I bought it and a couple of extras for spares, from FastTech. Now I'm completely satisfied with the hit, even at the 3.6 volt level. I also bought a 12W, 2.4A usb to ac adapter. I hesitated to use the passthrough on my computer USB ports, since I thought they only provided 500mA, but I was told that later computers, USB2.0, and USB3.0 provide higher current capability. I then tried it on my computer and it works fine on all power settings. The two higher settings are too much for me though. I may try them later when I dropped further on the nicotine levels. Time will tell.

IMHO do try experimenting with other types of tank / clearomizer and don't jump straight away to RBA, subohm and such just yet
Try out what so many people here suggest, protanks, evods etc..IMO if you look at vaping as a 'replacement' for smoking analogs, you would want the ease of use and practicality..it would be much simpler if you just stick to your current setup and experiment with your toppers and juice (flavor, nic lvl, PG/VG ratio) to get the vaping experience you wanted.
As for RBA, microcoil, subohm, that's just another story for another day..
cheers!
