has this happened to anyone else? Take a few Vapes, get a headache. I'm using midnight apple from halo with 24mg nic. I vape it often (used to smoke a day+ a day) that's why I got the higher nic. I'm going going to drop my nic level down with my next order. Maybe now that I'm not smoking as much as I used to my tolerance is getting lower? As far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything that's why I think it's the nic level. Anyone have this problem also? I love vapin :vapor::vapor:, can I lower the level of nic in the juice I have? Thanks everyone!

Yup....nic...I thought I needed 24 but landed on 12 for me. I was 2 packer for years.
Btw....its kinda like drinking margaritas...they sneak up on you. Vaping can deliver a lot of nic and its tastes so good you dont realize it.

Good l

...and don't I know it! (the margaritas part) :)

I started at 16 and had to drop to 12 after I lost the job I hated anyway--the whole reason I started vaping was my job was causing me to chain smoke. Now I'm at 10 and still get the occasional rush & hot flash so my next mix will be at 8 mg. I make my own so I can play with the nic level on the fly.

From roughly skimming the thread, and form what I've gathered from other forums and/or videos, you can still "overdoes" on nicotine. If you're finding yourself vaping a lot, consider downing the amount of nicotine in your juice. I believe someone has pointed out a "DIY" section where you can find where to get pure, flavourless PG/VG to reduce the nicotine content of your juice, or even buy a small sampler of your juice without nicotine and mix it with what you currently have.

I use 36mg mostly it does not give me a headache..
What does give me a headache is to high of a PG level.
So you may want to look into that as well. I did not know that I was sensitive to PG until I started vaping. Once I lowered the PG I no longer got a headache even though I was using the same nic level.

Is it odd that I'm getting headaches with only 12mg juice? I don't really chain vape all day long but after only a couple long draws back to back I feel it start to come on. But I also feel like it varies depending on the flavor as crazy as that sounds, maybe the artificial sweetners etc some brands use. Thinking of lowering to 6mg just to see...
