I'm not certain what the big fuss is. People have been vaping bottom vertical coils in their Protanks for quite a while now. I've only been vaping three months but saw a post on ECF in a thread from last year with pics of a BVC on a Protank 2. I've been vaping one on my Protank 2 for three weeks. 15 watts on my VTR? No problem. Vapes brilliantly. It's 1.9 Ohms with 30g Kanthal. 30g proved difficult to keep the microcoil really tight, however. I'm waiting on some vape mail today with 28g to try.

The only thing exciting is the manufacturers starting to catch up with their customers, the end-users. It's about time...

These new Aspire BVCs would be great for my 79yo father I got started on vaping. He has a hard enough time wicking the microcoils I gave him for his Protank 2, let alone build the coils. Let's hope Aspire can keep QC up, especially at these prices. Consistency from coil to coil might make me break down and buy the Mini. It would look sweet nested in my VTR.

BVC on Protank 2. Just dry-burned and re-wicked after three weeks of use.

Alrighty, I just got my Nautilus Mini and some replacement heads in, here's my quick mini-review:

I first tried the Nautilus Mini on my Provari Mini, vaped the stock 1.8ohm head at 3.8 volts, not bad, don't know what all the fuss is about, then 3.9 volts, a little better, moderate vapor but lacking in taste, so I'm thinking seriously, WTH?!, these aren't much better than a carto-tank? Turned it up a notch to 4.1 volts, there it is-lots of vapor, lots of taste, it does coat the tongue as others have said.
THEN I put a 1.8 replacement head in my full size Nautilus with a different liquid in it, put it up to 4.3 volts. WOW!!!!! Amazing, loving it, TONS of vapor, tons of flavor. Just awesome!!!

Very similar to a carto tank but WAY more vapor and flavor, all in a convenient plug and play tank. I will be experimenting with both the Mini and full-size Nautilus for the rest of the day and weekend, will report back on Monday.

You know what YOU ARE EXCACTLY RIGHT !! People are much different in web forums than they are in real life. Many times it's people that would like to say things in real life that they don't have the courage to do. It's called a coward ! And I am by no means calling any of you one. Just commenting on a post. But thank you for your post and I hope you continue to give your opinions and give them the way you want. It is what people want to know, how good or how bad, and I think you did a very good job at that and hopefully helped somebody make a decision. So don't let anybody run you away from the forum it's a lot to be learned on hear ! ALL OF YOU Have a good day! And Vape safe !

REALLY REALLY?I wish people were the same on the internet as they are in real life but that will never happenI just wanted to share my experience but Im an over exaggerating, troller who cant spell, knows little about vaping because im a new member etc etc......... I already apologized about the above comment but it did come off badly, sorry If I defended myself.
I think you should head this toward the negative posts I received..but new members anywhere always get crap like we were just born because we are new members of a board. And btw if you read my post closely I said they dont use CLEAROMIZER tanks, ofcourse Cartos use tanks how else would you use it?Alright if this is another one of those boards where everyone is worried about how everyone else words things etc,Im just leaving ok?In real life people dont talk this way to each other. You know what thanks everyone of you who were cool to a new guy but im not gonna post and just sit back for a while..
My post was meant to go to you. Thanks for your Opinion !! KEEP GIVING THEM !!

Well I wanted to see what the big fuss is all about so I bought the Mini. I have vaped on it about 4 tank fulls so far. For a clearo it is very good. The taste is great and vapor production is excellent for a clearo. In terms of taste is it better than a dual coil kanger, not really. I would say it's about the same. Again, we are at the mercy of quality control on these new coils. But so far I would say it's an excellent tank .

WET....Very very wet.... I've never tried a carto tank but I have used 510 cartos and this is wetter... A More thoroughly saturated vape than I've ever experienced....I've used all the usual suspects before...Pt1, Pt2 and 3's, Nautilus original, stardusts, I-clears, Vivi's etc and never "Tasted" juices like this. And yes I too vape Fruits and candies. (my butterscotch explodes like a Werther's)..... I feel grateful to be vaping at a time of such rapid innovation. That is all.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, Let anyone or anything run you off from these forums...Don't be regulated to silence either..DON'T DO It... Imagine if you will a Tobacco store in which 1,000 customers were present at the same time. Would you get along with everyone in the store? Would you be BFF's with even Half? Of course not...It's really no different here. Most of us were in that hypothetical Tobacco store at one point and now we're here. Some of us are Cool, Some not so much. Don't take it so personal and know that I liked your bubbly review. More than anything though, Don't let disagreements run you off. Remain true to yourself and they'll be plenty of folk here who accept you.-Dave

I've got the new coils as well, definitely an improvement over the BDCs. I've got my ProVari cranked to 5.0 volts. I've got my Nautilus air control on the widest setting, and no dry hits. Been using the coil all day, no dry hits, no wicking problems.

At 5.0 volts, the chocolate disappears a little, though that may just be vaper's tongue, the flavor's a little overwhelming.

Just got the Aspire mini with BVD coils..Lets put it this way...I had to CHECK my lips and driptip to see if I was leaking liquid into my mouth THAT IS HOW FLAVORFUL THESE NEW COILS ARE!!!!!!!!!! I bought the Aspire mini and also put the coils on the Regular Nautilus well let me tell you THIS IS NEW VAPING IN A CLEARO..I cannot believe the taste its 100 times better than a KAYFUN! NO LIE!!! I would say the difference is night and day for real, its liek tasting the liquid on your finger!! I was vaping Zeus double apple and it was TOO MUCH FLAVOR!! I then tried my Indigo Lemon Yellow ribbon and its like sucking a lemon drop.

I cant stress enough its like vaping advanced 10 years overnight.PLEASE if you dont have a Nautilus get one and get these new BVD coils they are like a cartomizer in a Clearo. But the taste is ridiculous and teh vapor too!! I usually vape from 4.2-4.9 watts on my MVP2 at 3.7 these were doing the job and then some!!!!! Please for me try this you will throw out or sell all your other tanks,or cobwebsville for them soon! Im laughing like a hyena they are so good the sweet nectar taste of any juice is just coating my tongue in teh best way possible.

Ok on teh mini the taste saturates teh sides of your tongue on the Regular its spread over your whole tongue just teh way teh smoke dissipates in your mouth I gues.Just get the coils if you already have a nautilus performance is better for vapor..Taste is the same.OH man gotta go try ALL my old e-liquid JUST to see how they really taste, its like Christmas morning!!!!!!!!

I'm starting to hate these kind of posts. People recently joined that praises a new product, urging others to buy it. Seriously, sounds like spam. Disregard. A new fad will start in the blink of an eye and we'll all start again. Trust a vet's word.

That's what I thought, then I got them, they're really very, very good, if not great.

Been using the same BVC coil in my Aspire Nautilus Tank ( 5 ml ) since Friday. I have my setting on 11 watts and am getting very good flavor and cloud vapor....plus I'm a "chain vapor".

Very happy with these new BVC coils!!!

My Vapeonly heads last 4 months in rotations of 3. I've had some going for 6 months. Not recoiled, not retouched, just washed in hot water. You're happy that's been lasting you 4 days? You must be a millionaire! 75 dollars for 3 packs of heads a month is a bargain!!!
