Vaping is NOT smoking!!!! Grrrr

Anybody else extremely bothered by this ad? This is precisely what us vapers are trying to get away from.

Considering many of us replaced smoking with vaping, I don't really have any heartburn over the way the ad reads. Especially as folks like me WANT vaping to provide the results we got when we were smoking. It's not saying vaping is smoking. It's saying it delivers the satisfaction we got when we smoked. And that would be something I'd definitely look for if relying upon advertising to make a choice.

So no, it's NOT something all vapers are trying to get away from. Especially those of us that are using vaping as an alternative to smoking.

I agree. I tell everyone that smokes and is interested in vaping that it is "similar to smoking". Similar but it isn't smoke, it's vapour.

I don't smoke, I vape but there is nothing wrong with smokers thinking that vaping offers a similar experience IMO.

I tell everyone that being a Cranky Squonker is much safer and cleaner than being a Cranky Smoker. I still get the, "Those things are worse for you than tobacco." I just tell them to pull my finger and say that to old Reo's LP....
