Interesting. I noticed this today as I stood outside with my coworkers who still smoke. There was minimal wind, pretty low humidity, sunny and about 75 degrees F. It seemed like less, but I did still get some. I'm using an M401 Trinity. As long as I got the throat hit I didn't realy care too much about not seeing too much vapor. I think the bright sunlight and slight wind contributed to what was happening.

I have noticed this when the air is hot & dry out, my pv has less vapor, vs, whenever it is humid, I get better vapor :)(UNLESS ofcourse, it has rained. After a good rain and the humidity has gone higher, then I get as much vapor outside as I do inside. I

I also have a large 55 gal. aquarium that add's more humidity and plus I'm running swamp cooler indoors. Seems that humidly plays a role in this.

Someone else one the forum mentioned they noticed more vapor outside on the balcony next to the ocean, and said there was less vapor each time they went indoors, than outside

hmmmmmmmmm interesting, but must be in yer head, I live at 8500 ft, very dry inside and out............nothing seems to bother me yet! -very newbie 2nd day ffs, and I promise not to whine later on! lol humidity here on av is only 17%

If the humidity is the about the same inside as it is outside, you probably won't notice it :)
