People definitely have varying senses of smell, usually with fancier smells, like, pheromones n such.
That said, despite common feelings on the matter, I personally never hated cig smell on things (satanic as that is). While I do not notice much ecig flavor smell in my house I can snooze with a tobacco flavor cigalike in my chest pocket and wake up completely inundated with the smell of the stuff. I like the smell fine, but it is strong but lingers with me for only an hour or two. (I suspect, in this case, body heat mixed with personal odor plus flavors equals an interesting musk indeed) :p
Yep, this works too if I have fruit flavors in my pocket for too long also, but those actually put me off more to smell on myself than tobacco flavors.

I puff around my friends, many who notice the different "smore-like" or other flavor smells, but they are quick to point out that the ecigs smells are all way better than burning cigarettes...

Hey, to each their own, at least we can all agree that ecigs have added a wild variety of flavors and smells to everyone's lives - variety is a plus.

When I first started, I found the smell of ejuice rather off-putting. I think it's partly the smell of the nicotine, but yeah, some flavors have a stronger smell. I have one flavor (pure flavor, not ejuice) that smells so bad to me, I have to keep the little bottle in its own ziplock in the drawer or I don't like opening the drawer.

The best I can offer is, you'll get used to it, for the most part, and your tastes will change, the longer you're off cigarettes, which will probably mean that over time, you'll have a whole new set of ejuices in different flavors, which will probably smell differently -- and after getting the smoke out of your nose for long enough, you'll perceive them differently too.

To be honest, the fact you're putting each bottle in a bag, in a bag, and then someplace else....

You may be concentrating the little bit of spillage or off-gassed liquid. When it collects in an enclosed space it increases the parts per million to the point that you are smelling them.

As for your clothes, if there is a sheen of residue on your bottles, no matter how thin, it might transfer to your pocket, especially if you're carrying a bottle for a dripper, or stow a mod about your person that has a slight leak.

Otherwise, yay for your supersnoot?
