Vaping makes me feel really sick?

Just started vaping a month ago and had a smaller device but now have Ipv d3 and herkales sub ohm tank.
I have 12 ml and 24 ml nic juice I use and after taking like 3 hits I get a major headache every time and it takes hours to go away...
Every-time I try to vape I keep feeling sick and getting bad headaches...
The juice is 70 % VG / 30 % PG.
Not sure why I keep feeling sick, when smoking Analogs I never get this..

Yea but they sell 12 mg minimum... And their juices don't tell you the PG/VG on them.

Oh my goodness, park that new rig and go back to your old one until you get some lower nic juice!!.

You need one bottle of 3mg/ml and one 6mg/ml of flavored nicotine, 12mg let alone the 24mg is WAY too much for some with that setup

Well, you just went from taking a sip of water to Drinking a Gallon all at once.

You have effective tripled+ your Nick intake.

Go Back to your Smaller Device for those e-liquids and/or save for Stress emergencies.

Try a couple of Flavors at 3mg, 6mg and see which works best for you.

Dang, 12mg and 24mg is a Wide spread

You could go to walmart and buy USP vegetable glycerin and cut the 12 with half the vg if your hellbent on using that device but it will mute the flavor, personally I would drive a little further and seek out another shop ..........

"Barely smoke"? Work at the 3mg level or 0mg level. Easy to buy online...and a lot cheaper.

Also, buy the same flavor in 0mg AND 3mg and mix them in a bigger bottle to make 1.5mg. Keep in mind that many juices taste much better after sitting in a dark place for a week. Buy ahead of time.

It happens to alot of beginners who are up grading devices, now you know better not to do it again, get some sugar in you you'll be fine ..........

Okay, First lets loose the % and stick to mg
3% is 30mg/ml
24% is 240mg/ml - Fatal

3mg/ml is very mild but in volume is made up quickly.
I vape 20m/Day @ 3mg = 60mg/Day

Now, any Flavor you love - Reorder in -0-mg. Well worth saving what you have.

For 24mg you will need 30ml to dilute 10ml to 6mg/ml, but you will have 40ml of liquid

If your local shops only provide 12mg as the lowest you need shop online

I would go 6 or 3mg, 12mg is a lot in a sub ohm tank in my opinion

Well, I got some 0 MG ejuice... Not aware of the pg/vg content, I put my tank 1/5th with the 24 % and I still get bad headache and feel light headed... Maybe I'm allergic to PG.

Hi mate,
Did you get the headaches using the "smaller device"?
If you are using the same juice...it's probably NOT the PG and most likely the increased nicotine consumption.

Those are not signs of Allergy. Redness, irritation,swelling...etc.

Try the -0-mg by itself and see if you have any reactions. If not, you have eliminated - PG/VP/Flavoring all at once

24% = 240mg/ml
3% = 30mg/ml

Still VERY high nic.

I'll assume you meant 24mg & 3mg.
