Lower your VG amount incrementally until the issue stops I'm one of many who cannot handle more then 30% VG and am planning to cut that back. As clouds have become a bigger thing for more people we're hearing more about these issues it's not a coincidence just the frailty of the human body some of us have to work with. It was easy for me to do as clouds weren't a thing for me I vape to stay off tobacco not to obscure the view of my town :).

I caught 2 colds per year ( Feb/Oct) like clockwork... since Ive been vaping ( 3 yrs now) I havent had any type of respiratory issues/illnesses.... maybe its just me ;)

Same here, Not even a cold in over 2 years when I was good for at least one or two good ones per year.

OP, your symptoms may be vape related but not caused by it, if you know what I mean.

No, not spamming

Been vaping for some years now, build my own RDA and now quite happy doing my own mixes (recommended, as your sure what ingredients are used in your juice!)

This post, though, is about the congestion issues and I am having a lot lately. I don't think it's vaping as such, but something that, perhaps longer term, can have health concerns.

So, I would like to hear comments from you good folks. For my thoughts, here is what I think. Currently, I vape a dual kanthal build @ 45W, regular juice is 70/30 VG/PG, 3% nicotine, 8% strawberry (tfa) 6% kiwi (tfa).

There are a couple of reasons that could be the issue:
1) The PG or VG - decided to try 100% PG for a test, if that's not showing improvement, then it will be the VG. Though would need cutting with water or alcohol, to make it thinner
2) The other item is the build itself. Can either the kanthal be a long term issue for some people? Or could so much power and vape be the issue? A more complicated assessment

Any comments would be helpful I think

High VG and high watts.
Also keep an eye on how much volume of eliquid you go through a day.
