I've been vaping full time now for 3 weeks, longest period of time I've ever been of analogues so I suppose that a bit of a success however I find the damn tornado is never out of my mouth, at home I am vaping constantly, Is anyone else like this? I was on 24mg juice, now on 18, I might go even lower next time, I also find myself full of phlegm and a bit croaky, not sure if thats coming of the analogues, the ecig or perhaps a mixture of both.

I Vape WAYYYY more than i smoked. I enjoy it more. Its not makeing me feel ill. And it tastes so good.
It's a normal thing, we all get attached to our PV's, mines always in my mouth.... Phlegm and croakey is pretty comon in the beginning..It usually subsides quickly but it may also be a sign your just not drinking enough water. PG and VG is very drying on your throat.

Hi dj9928! This is pretty normal as you adjust to the change. Many of us vaped more, especially at the start. I know I did. The phlegm is also very common as your lungs begin to clear out all the garbage left by the analogs. That will pass eventually. It's all good!
What PG / VG mix do you vape ?
You could try an e-juice with a higher VG content .
Technique could also be a problem . You don't need to deeply inhale as not a lot of nicotine is actually absorbed in the lungs .

I vaped so much in the beginning that I kept 2 PV's always ready. One with 24 mg juice and one with 0 mg juice. Whenever I got that "too much nic feeling" I vaped along with the 0 nic." I agree to drink lots and lots of water!

I vape more than I smoked. I found that I no longer inhale the vape like I used to. I sort of just roll it to the back of my throat then exhale through mouth and nose. I seem to get more flavor this way. I still get a bit of a headache if I over vape, so I am absorbing the nicotine without taking as much into my lungs. I still get a throat hit, but without any harsh feeling.
Yeah, I'm vaping more than I smoked, hard to put it down, although unfortunately I can't vape at work (.......s caved in to the antismokers) I'm going lower on the nic level for that reason, so I can vape as much as I want guilt free.

Although I have dropped from 18mg to 12mg. Like I've seen in some signatures around here, "If I'm awake, I'm vaping".
I just started vaping again, my generic e cigs (first time vaping) I bought from Tabaco Shop stopped working after like 3 months or so, just got my tornadoa couple weeks ago, and got my first Flavorless Nic in the mail today... 20+ day analog free... yay

First week I was vaping like a mad. I was bit worried but then, not sure why, I reduced my vaping, not that I don't like it. Perhaps it's because I haven't tried many juices, I'm still in a process of "flavor exploring" and when I find my perfect one I will start heavy vaping again.
I'm mixed over how much I do it. Some days it doesn't leave my mouth and some days I barely go for it at all. I was smoking 2 packs a day and switched on the 410 32mg nic pack -- then went to 24mg and an ego-style (knock off sold locally). It has improved my relationship with my boyfriend who hardly ever kissed me before this.
I went flavor exploring with Velvet Vapors 3ml x5 sample sets you can choose all 5 flavors in each pack and they threw in a free one, plus I could set the nic level for each different flavor. It was as custom as I have found for trying things out.
I found vaping worthless until I found this forum a year ago and realized that there was way better equipment out there than my local smoke shop offered. My EGO is like a 6th finger now because I never put it down
I was only a pack/day smoker because my throat/lungs couldn't take more. At first I vaped like crazy, anxiously wanting more...till I got my WTA. I don't hit the WTA often, a few drags at the end of the day usually. Some days I don't hit it at all.
Now, I vape more than I ever smoked, but it's more because I enjoy it. I'm vaping about 5 or so ml/day of my wint-0-green lifesaver. I have a few other flavors I dabble in when I get bored.
