Vaping not going well please help!!!

Thanks Chebird, I also thought about doing that. Have the Analog first thing when I get up and then like you said vape in between. The thing that I guess I will just have to try it all out and see because if vapor sometimes doesn't hit as fast how much should I vape at a time? Try a few puffs and wait and see how I feel I guess.

Yes and no--in my experience, the best way is to just let it happen--naturally. The more you vape, the more you like vaping (good juice and good equipment are critical), the sooner smoking will become unappealing. Don't force it though; if you absolutely feel like you need to have a smoke, have one.

Count the cigs you avoided, not the ones you smoked! ;)

I'm with Katya...let it happen naturally. If you focus on quitting, fear sets in and then you obsess about it. That will pretty much guarantee having to smoke to break the obsession. If or when those haunting thoughts come just make a deal with yourself that you'll vape for 15 minutes and then half and hour and so on and if the obsession is still there, then smoke one. One day you'll realize you didn't smoke yesterday at all but it takes time.
