Hello
@David1512, this is definitely an issue that a medic can deal with.
First of all you need to get your O² blood saturation levels checked, and hopefully like me you should find them to be higher than your age demographic or at least in the healthy range.
So it may be that something other has arose to cause the issues you're having, and also this year hasn't helped really. As you're not able to get out and about as much, so activity or exercise has been limited.
But I do hear you, I too get easily fatigued and have only recently been discovered to have Osteoporosis in my lower spine. But my issues have been ongoing for over 25 years, as time has gone by though it's affected my quality of life and reduced what I can do as its progressed and new aspects have arose.
One thing to consider is a sensitivity to ingredients or additives in liquids or juices as well, as I myself cannot tolerate any Melon flavorings. I end up with throat irritation which leads to an infection, and as long as I avoid it I'm okay.
But PG (Propylene Glycol) is classified as an irritant and there's a few folks on the forum that cannot tolerate it, such as
@stols001. So there's ways around that if there's a sensitivity to PG.
Hopefully you get to find out the issue though.
