Alright so this is my first post. I just wanted to get some advice or information on my problem. I've been vaping for about 6 months and I own an eleaf istick and currently use an Innokin Gladius with adjustable airflow tank with my ohm resistance at 1.5. I have a few problems when using these together. My first problem is though my coil is a 1.5 ohms after about a week of use my ohm indicator on my istick reads 1.7 ohms and changes by a few notches every so often (1.8-1.5) I don't know why this is happening and its causing me to change my watt output frequently to compensate. I never go above 7 watts for fear of burning my coil and getting that nasty burnt taste as I don't want the power of the istick to overpower the capability of the tank and coil. Any advice?
My second question is my e juice is brand new and I'm getting a strong steel-like taste, I assume its from the draw I am taking. I take medium draws, not slow draws. When I do take a slow draw I get that burnt steel-like taste if I take a draw for more than 2 seconds. My average draw is about 3.5 to 5.5 seconds and I generally never get any problems. I vape a moderate amount and use it frequently in succession. So how can i fix this problem?
As some background information I vape for quality of flavor and big vape clouds as this is my setup before i move on to a dripper mod. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
