Vaping too much?

Ive been vaping about 4ml every two days give or take a ml. And its around 8mg nicotine. I was wondering if this was a bit much or just normal for a recent quitter?

Well I mean, how are you vaping it? Tanks? I use RDAs and bottomfed atty's. I vape between 15-20ml a day. I haven't touched tobacco in 9 months, I just enjoy vaping. Mine are 3mg or 6mg of nicotine.

If I had to guess I would guess that average would be 4 ml a day at 12 mg.

nope that's fine, I chain vape all day/night 3-6mg nic, depends if im using my mech mod or tank style ecig pen

I do about 3-10ml now a day :O

That doesn't sound too bad to me... There are days I'll go thru 6ml of 3mg, other days maybe 2 or 3 ml of 12mg. It's all depends.

I just dropped down to 10mg to allow me to vape more lol. I was vaping too much for the mg I was using and started getting headaches and some other side effects, just watch for warning signs because "too much" will vary per person

They should be thankful its NOT tobacco! I feel pretty special when I can make a non toxic cloud amongst a group of tobacco users polluting the environment and other peoples air.

Welcome ND! Depending on the day, I could go through 4-6mL a day and not think a thing about it. Better than a pack of cigarettes IMO

Im vaping about 4ml of 11mg nic a day with my new nautilus mini on an ego twist batt. My GF turned me on to vaping and now im hooked! I plan on building a DNA 30 or 40 box mod to run an Atlantis and/or a Lemo once i gain a little more knowledge. Once i upgrade ill probably start vaping more. Whatever keeps you off cigs is right for you. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise

I typically vape a full hollowed out stainless tank on my nautilus a day with 16 mg. I think that's 3.3ml

I've been vaping for almost a year, quit smoking nearly 6 months ago; I vape about 3-4 ml daily, usually around 10.5mg. I typically use a Kayfun, though sometimes cartos; in the Kayfun I go thru juice a bit faster, which doesn't surprise me, given the intensity of flavor.

It's only too much if you have nic OD symptoms; if you're not nauseous, suffering abdominal pain, or so jittery you're about to jump out of your skin, it's not too much. Nicotine lets you know very plainly if it's too much.
