Since I'm relatively new to vaping, I have a question that I wonder if any of you can answer. How many drags of an analog is equal to one "drag" of an e-cigarette?

With an e-cigarettes, I take a longer, slower drag than I would on an analog. The problem is I enjoy vaping so much that I'm afraid that I might be defeating the purpose of breaking the nicotine addiction...or making it worse.

I started with 16-18 mg nicotine in my juice and after feeling really funky (and not in a good way), I went down to 11 and I seem to be doing well there.

Do any of you have some insight into this? Thank you so much in advance!

I don't think you can find an equivalence, probably because nicotine is much more slowly adsorbed from vaping than smoking.

Tobacco smoke is much more addictive than vaping, so no worries about reinforcing the addiction, especially at your level. Keep doing what you are doing at least till you're quite comfortable with it. At that time, you may want to drop the level again.
