Fiddling is not ok while driving. Whether you are fiddling with an ecig, your phone, your stereo, anything. Grab a tank or a clearo that doesn't require you to mess with it while driving, and it seems perfectly safe to me. Certainly safer than smoking, especially when I used to get ashes in my eye or accidentally drop a smoldering cig, lol.
I think it's fine, less distracting than smoking while driving since you don't have a small fire near your face. But yeah, if you have something that produces a lot of vapor blow away from the windshield, or crack a window. I also wouldn't drip and drive, though I know some do.
No difference.....if anything safer because no cumbustion. I even vape at the gas pump.
I bought a Reo mini specifically for use in the car while driving. I put a shorty carto on it so one squonk keeps me going for several puffs. No need to take my eyes off the road at all while using it. Plus, the size is a perfect fit for the ash tray in my car, and keeps it close at hand. The rectangular shape ensures it won't roll when I put it down on the seat rather than in the ash tray (I should probably start calling it a cubby since it no longer holds ash!).
I used to use a Vmod in the car, but having to tilt to squonk was kind of annoying while driving. But that a decent car mod as well, and much less $ than a Reo.

I vape and drive all the time BUT if in a crowded parking lot I put it down. As for being out in the street I'm extra vigilant and my main focus is on driving...vaping takes a backseat on the road.
I think it's much safer to vape in the car than to smoke. I just wouldn't attempt to drip in the car lol
When you smoke, you have to find your smokes, find your lighter, light the cigarette, not to mention, if you have your windows open, you might need to shield from the wind and will need two hands to light, I'm sure most of us have done the drive-with-your-forearms-while-lighting-a-cig move. I now use my eRoll in the car, so I make sure my cartridge is full before I leave, and then all I do while drive is grab my eRoll case from the door handle pocket, pull out the eRoll, and I'm ready to go. Less to get together, less fumbling, and no hot cigarette to drop and burn myself or my seat.

Don't drip and drive, and you'll be alright. I do it but i shouldn't ( amp tank for Christmas?) As for everything else why not
I think it is OK to vape and drive as long as you aren't trying to fill a carto tank.
I have no idea how something that doesn't keep burning by itself can be less safe.
I am a truck driver and drive 400-500 miles per day 5 days per week and vape a storm while driving! I use my eVic with carto tanks and have like 3 or more tanks always filled with different flavors and swap between tanks all day long.
Vaping - No smoke getting in my eyes
Vaping - No ashes getting in my eyes
Vaping - No dropping in my lap and worrying about setting my jewels on fire
Vaping - No dropping in the floor and swerving all over the road trying to find it before it sets the car on fire or burning my fingers if i manage to find it.
Vaping - No sticking to the lips and then having my fingers slide down and burn the heck out of them and all the following cussing and other stuff.
Vaping - No trying to flick ashes out the window and having them fly back all over the place.
I've had all of the above happen while smoking and driving and then some.
And a final one:
Vaping - If i do decide to throw it out the window, it is to heavy to blow back in on me but the guy behind me better watch out.
I got a lanyard for my eGo stuff and I'm driving and vaping!!!
and to make things more accessible, I bought a foam cupholder insert that is meant to hold cellphone and pens and change. The change spot fits 3 small carto tanks perfectly. the 2 pen holder spots I drilled bigger and they held my eGo's perfectly (before I had eVic). Now I use the pen holders for pens and toss the eVic in the cellphone holder spot. I got them in a 2 pack on Amazon and keep one in the Semi and one in my personal vehicle.
Tyrhantz - Your concerns are valid, but after spending many months off and on over the years in Malaysia, I would be more fearful of the actual drivers in your country. They are CRAZY (and I compare that against Caribbean and S Amer drivers).
Possibly you live in some small town that does not have the crazy drivers in KL and other semi-large cities, so now I'm more curious why you are asking.
