Vape tricking is really just not that cool. The reason i vape is to stay off tobacco. And it works. The ability to make decent clouds gives my lungs the same feeling i was used to by smoking, but other than that, using vaping for anything other than tobacco cessation is just not cool. But thats only my opinion, which im sure will offend some people.

I used to feel the same way in the beginning. I was kinda a hard case about it (Special, LOL?), but Iv developed a more live and let live philosophy.

I kinda look at it like chewing gum now. Some people will chew nic gum, and if it works for them more power to them. Some people will chew gum for the pleasure of it, and as long as they ar`nt blowing obnoxious bubbles while standing in line and then throwing it down on the floor for everyone to step on, who am I to limit something that is enjoyable and totally harmless to the observer?

I guess success has led to a more laid back opinion on it. :?)

Im not on an anti-vape trick campaign or nothing, im just old and opinionated i guess. Vaping just for the sake of doing tricks sort of de-legitimizes the reason most of us vape. I started vaping to stay off tobacco and it works.

Coyote, I know how you feel. I was rather.... unkindly towards a few trick vapers who showed up here early on. I know I was feeling annoyed about the idea of why anyone would vape purely for the sake of vaping.

With that said, there were really NO good reasons for my taking up smoking, and I did it anyway. I still advise non-vapers to keep vaping, but I imagine a fair share of trick vapers are either going to glom on to that, or possibly pick up a more harmful habit. I'm less unwelcoming about it than I was, but I'm no longer as ferocious about it than I was.

I STILL THINK IT'S A BAD IDEA.

With that said, I have had that exact phrase said to me countless times, and gone ahead anyway. The results varied.
