Vapor Bar?

I was looking at a smoke shop today from a drive thru lane. Next to it was an empty space. I imagined opening up a E Cig store right next to it. THen I got to thinkin this is too new to have it out in some strip mall at Rainbow and Trop. It's prolly have ta be on the strip or in a resort at the strip. It'd have to be it's own destination. Which mean it'd have to be BIG. It would be nice to have a place we could all go and sit down and vape flavors just to try them out, buy atties or juice or stuff. Sit down watch a game or play pool or somethin. It'd be a much better introduction to e-cigs than Smoking Everywhere. And it could be stocked with Prodigys and Silver Bullets and whutever. Prolly a pipe dream.


I can't beleive they let these people stand around in a mall and administer drugs to people! Totally without FDA approval. It's crazy. Anyone would prolly have trouble doing it on a larger scale. But it's still early, and who knows which way things will go. It'd be good to be there first.

I was looking at youtube videos and there seem to be places where people ahng out like this. Are there stand alone shops in cities that just sell e-cig products? It looks like Totally Wicked has a store that looks sorta like what I'm thinkin.

And being in Nevada it'd be so easy to start a business.

I actually had considered something like that... a vape store/vaping lounge.. even a small one. Would be so much fun. I was even planning to take out a small business loan, but with the FDA beating down the door, I figured it would be bad to have a $12,000 loan and have my inventory stuck in customs.

I think it would be very easy to make that money back in Las Vegas, especially if you are able to get a small booth in a Casino and get booths in the various events around town.

I'm just not brave enough to pull it off.

I think a vapors lounge would be the shizznat though.

If anyone ever opens one, I'll volunteer to work for atties.

Yea, but waffles, the very LAST place they'll ever crack down on e cigs is in Vegas. If you worked out deals with US suppliers here, then maybe you could get deals or something, for selling say, totally wickeds stuff for them. That way everything would be mailed to you from inside the US and not China. But that would sorta suck. But you'd have to get stuff like the SB in the US anyway right?

I think it's worth taking a look. I mean, hell starting a business that fails isn't a bad thing.

The thing is, i'd have ta get an LLC which is easy that's like 100 bucks. Then I can get all these credit lines in the companies name. I'd still have to get money. Another thing is, I'd want radio ads and signs and billboard around vegas. Especially on the strip. And I would want a nice location. It'd have to be a destination, like Diversity is. Everyone knows where those are. Maybe even TV commercials. I don't want to be in a casino though buried in something else.

So with all that exposure, what do you think would happen? With the FDA and all that stuff? If I could even find investors or whatever. Which is another thing. Who would I ask??

Hey, would modders be willing to do consignment deal and stuff? That would help with inventory. They'll have the website on the box. And wutever, cos if they buy if from me, they're getting it from them. Booya. But these things are still crazy expensive. I think 100 bucks is alot. For a tube and some threaded caps. That's why people with lathes and soldering irons are all becoming modders and suppliers! I don't want to build my own devices, I want to sell other folks stuff. Liquids too.

But maybe I would need my own devices. I could just make something like an SB or Prodigy. I'd have to get the attys from China eh? Liquid should be easy. I'd like to have someone who makes realy good stuff like Ms T or Tasty Vapor. Maybe a buncha makers.

There would be a "Vape bar" as the center peice. Stocked with tons of different flavors and makers. Prolly at 0 nic level. Unless the throat hits don't work out...but I don't wanna get in trouble. We could teach everyone about it. They'd know almost everything in one visit. And who wouldn't want to come back??? We have couches and pool tables and TVs and one or two other rooms. Hell you COULD put a restaraunt in there!!



I feel like I'm throwing out all these ideas, and no one who reads this is taking it seriously to really reply except with "do it". Common! Throw out some ideas! I need help! I think it could be done! Tell me it ican't! Before I make some big mistakes!

And big crazy "electric hookah" contraptions! For people who come with like 4 or 5 friends. I was thinking live music, but I don't want the place to cater to one type of crowd. There'd be lung cancer awareness stuff everywhere...big NO SMOKING signs. Nice place.

Honestly I've wanted to do the same thing for months now...but with my student loans noone would even think to loan me money to start a business.

If you do start one though, I'll gladly help work it. ^_^ Need a job anyhow!

I'd be glad to do mods or help with making custom juices...or both. I don't really have extra materials yet, but I plan on getting some when I can afford it.
