I'm lucky in that I am allowed to vape at my desk at work. Giving my boss a box mod and getting him to quit smoking definitely had something to do with that. The problem is that between the two of us, our office is getting more than a bit "hazy" by the end of the day. Our co-workers aren't exactly complaining, but they are making comments about it. The last thing I want is for the CEO to wander in to our office and put the kibosh on indoor vaping because our office looks like a dive bar.

I'm wondering if anybody else has experimented with fans/filters/electric air cleaners to suck the visible vapor out of the air. What, if anything, works?

We both vape a PG/VG blend at 5V, which means we're putting out a lot of vapor. I'm going to try to find a small desktop filter/purifier that I can blow the vapor directly into and hopefully that will take care of it.

I wouldn't think it'd be difficult to "trap" the vapor.. should be a-lot easier to be rid of than smoke, for sure!

If you don't mind a warm arm, you can exhale into your arm through your sleeve and the vapor never gets into the air
Also, exhaling into your shirt works, too
If you don't mind being a bit.. barbaric

Which I don't
At all

I can't find any online, but we use to use little desktop things made for use while soldering .. they weren't too expensive, pretty much silent, nice and small.. I always preferred to ventilate the area when I was working, I just would sit by the exhaust fan to do my work. But some people really thought those things worked so.. who knows

Edit: Here's a similar device http://www.globaltestsupply.com/c/180/Weller_WSA350_BENCHTOP_SMOKE_ABSORBER.html the one I am talking about is just a rectangular little box shaped thing. Probably don't make them any more

Walmart sells the air filters/purifiers made by Febreze. They are about 7x8 inches dimensionally and about 2 inches deep. Plugs directly into a wall outlet. Uses an activated charcoal filter. Costs about $10. Maybe a couple of those in the office would help reduce the haze.

I tried one in my 12' x20' work shed/man cave when I used to chain smoke in their. It was virtually useless against the massive onslaught of smoke, even with the window AC unit running.

What size is your office? Are you both in the same room.

I chain vape in there now for hours on end and have not noticed any lingering haze, even when the sun shines through the blinds. The aroma lingers, but not the vapor. Not using any type of filter or AC right now.

Of course I don't have a mod, just Egos, which do put out a good bit of vapor, and there is only one person vaping.
