Vapor juice help??? Overwhelmed!!!

Hello! I am very new to this.. My husband and I tried a couple different disposables, BLU, njoy, and nTron which has led us to order our first vapor kit. We are ready to dump cigarettes for good and move onto the vapes.
We ordered the V2 1100mAh Kgo starter kit from Hoosierecigs.com a couple days ago. I found a few threads on here recommending them. Chose this mainly for the cheap price. Hoping it arrives tomorrow.
I ordered a couple samples of the juice on their page(Dekang flavors 555 and tobacco). I am sooo overwhelmed from all if the different flavors and brands out there.
We normally smoke RYO using the Four Aces full flavor pipe tobacco. Sometimes we smoked a brand called Largo... We have been rolling our own for acbit over 4 years. Before RYO we both smoked Marlboro reds. I am hoping to get some recommendations for a good juice that might be similar to these...
Also, if you could lead me to a good website retailer for the recommendations, that would be great!
Thanks in advance for any much needed help!

I rolled my own for years and smoked reds before that. I've never found an e-juice that tastes just like a regular cig. You might like a good RY4. The best I've found was from E-liquid Planet but I haven't tried them all by far.

Some good e-juice sites are Mt. Baker Flavor, EC Blends, and Juicy Vapor. I don't know what kind of a budget you have but there are some higher end juice sites out there like Heather's Heavenly Vapes and some that carry organic juices.

Taste is very subjective when it comes to e-liquid because everyone's taste buds change at a different rate after they quit smoking.

I recommend hunting around and buying small small samples from different vendors until you find one you like. Personally, I've given up trying to find a juice that tastes the same as cigarettes and have moved to simple flavors like strawberry menthol, and root beer. You may have to hunt for a bit to find one that fits your palette.

Welcome to vaping!! Sorry I don't have any recommendations for the juice as I did start out with a menthol tobacco flavor but quickly changed to coffee and some fruit flavors and now I'm hooked on all the flavor choices. There's lots of info here so just keep reading and posting and you two will get it figured out quick. :)

I'm new to this as well and still making the switch, but I've already tasted a lot of the popular tobacco flavored juices. I'm finding the tobacco juices I buy that are imitating name brands really only taste similar to the smell of a fresh opened pack. There are the other flavors out there that have a tobacco flavor with it but usually include some other taste as well (either nuts, caramel, vanilla, etc). There's a local shop that I stop in at that will let me try out flavors before purchasing, so maybe there is one near you that does too. I was in thorough search for a similar flavor to my cigarettes (USA Gold and Marlboro) but I'm really starting to like coffee and chocolate flavors.

Thank you! I will check it out, I am mostly trying for tobacco flavor as a start because I want it to be a smooth transition.. Hoping I like the kit and juice because the disposables just aren't doing it for me.. I feel like I still need a cigarette afterward at this point :/ I went through a "2pack" equivalent disposable in 8 hours today...

Yeah.. Right now I am trying to keep it cheaper because I don't want to waste a ton of money if I don't end up liking it. Do you know of any sites that have a good deal on a bunch of different samples of flavors? I want to find one or two flavors we like and order in bulk so I don't have to think about it. Im married... with 4 kids.. In college.. Stay at home mom/wife but life is chaos! Haha

Thank you so much for the info! Ill have to try the RY4...I am the worst at making decisions... Blindly researching is super stressful for me because there are so many options and websites and many other factors that run through my head.. Like if I can trust the site.. Shipping times... What if I find it cheaper somewhere else... Lol
Point is... I appreciate the "referrals" very much. Takes a lot of the unknowns away!

Hmm, I don't know, I tried 1 tobacco flavor oba oba. Although it was a bubblegum with grapefruit flavor and a tinge of tobacco, it reminded me of partially why I quit smoking other then health reasons. Tobacco tastes like ****. Couldn't stand it, made me want to vomit just to get the taste out of my mouth. But to each his or her own. I think I vape now because I love the fruity and sweet favors, hell I might even lose a few pounds. I do hope you guys find what you like to keep you of the stinkies though. Good luck.

I whole heartedly recommend the 70/30 ry4 18mg with no extra flavor shot from kickbassvapor.com It has a smooth rich tobacco, with a good caramel taste along with it. Its a little sweet, but not overly sweet, kinda like a light caramel flavored coffee. Its an excellent flavor.

I too started out with the Dekang e-liquids, I found that they don't have a good flavor that's strong enough to taste in most of their liquids, or that they have such a strong taste that it hurts your throat and tongue, and also that they are really harsh/hot/ashy on the throat and tongue.

Kick Bass Vapor flavors are strong enough to taste well, but not overpoweringly too strong that it makes you feel like crap. They make a lot of vapor, and its very smooth and easy on the throat.

There are a lot of vendors out there, some good, and a lot of bad. Its a bit overwhelming I agree. I've personally only tried Dekang, goodejuice, and kickbassvapor. KBV destroys the other 2 by far, I can't imagine juice tasting much better.

RYO w/pipe tobacco?! That sounds a little over the top. I did RYO drum and topp for a year or so trying to cut cost. I cut back a lot too with the hassle of needing to roll one to smoke one as I refused to roll a bunch at a time. I'm so glad I just bought this NJOY kit at the local gas station. Already figured out how to rrefill the "disposable" cartomizer w/a nice caramel latte flavor from NLV.

Hello and welcome...I am new to but I like E-liquid from Halo Cigs. They have a variety of flavors and combinations that I find unique. They have flavors classified as tobacco, menthol, or gourmet. I know other people have been recommending RY4 and Halo's version called Tribeca is better than others I've tried. If you want something more full-flavored tobacco, take a look at their Torque 56 or Captain Jack. When I first gave them a shot, I tried one of their sample packs. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

For now, try sticking to a B&M shop near you. Sounds like you are in a very rural area. The store an hour away from you, call them via phone, even talking to a live person at the other end is more helpful to a beginning vaper than other methods, though you did find a nice site here with loads of helpful people and a lot of valuable information to help. Calling the stores in your area, ask them if they have a website, ask about their inventory of liquids, parts, kits, and accessories. I have 3 in my area relatively close by, I buy stuff from each when stocking up, 1 hardware specific supplies like for replaceable heads for my Kanger T3s and ProTank and batteries, another I buy all my liquids from due to price and variety of flavors I like, another I get accessories from like my drip attomizers, drip tips, empty juice bottles, and filling syringes from. All three, "Advice" when I need it quickly over the phone or in person, 2 of them have electronic storefront websites, this helps in the initial stages of narrowing down how your taste profile as far as liquids will be initially. Online juice vendors, make sure you have a liquid or couple liquids you can always get locally quickly and help keep you going, ordering samplers if available from online juice vendors to see who rings your taste bud bells the best, then gradually transition toward online vendors full time ordering in bulk, because most juices from online vendors I have found their liquids need time to steep and settle into their full proper flavor profiles, especially when shipped from a fresh batch and not sit at the vendor's side any significant amount of time.

I moved to vaping from the same RYO Four Aces. What worked for me was Turkish Gold from Gourmet Vapor (blend 2359 - they have two versions with the same name.) For me, the 24 did the trick, although I'm down to 18 now

They have a lot a different "tobacco" flavors, but of course none of them are like smoking. They're like, well, vaping? Like many online shops, they have a mailing list you can subscribe to, and about once a month they'll email you info on a sale, ranging from 30 to 50% off.

I also like their Perique Blackberry and Latakia Black. They have a "2 Humped Black Desert Animal" that's sort of like a camel... and their London blend is sort of like an English pipe tobacco.

But don't limit yourself to "tobacco-ey" flavors. I have apple, orange and key lime as well, and enjoy them, especially in the evenings or after meals, when the lighter and sweeter flavors hit the spot. (Useful too to clear the palate.)

you have johnsons creek right in your state, and they make some phenomenal juices. I love the Vanda, which is Vanilla smooth and Ranier, which is cherry. I use an ego-t battery and a mini vivi nova tank. I had ecigs before that resembled real ciggs, but I cant deal with charging them every 15-30 minutes. You will eventually upgrade, but way to go on starting vaping and ditching those smelly, horrible analogs.
